The tick's outfit.
In the pilot it looks good. In every following episode, there is an additional layer of some cardboard-ish looking fake material over his chest and abs. LOOKS TERRIBLE AND OBVIOUSLY FAKE.
In the PILOT, his outfit does NOT feature this cardboard 'boob job'
Please remove this from the outfit, it looks terribly fake and obvious, and is distracting from the character. His outfit in the pilot was more form fitting and realistic to his build. Plus it makes his 'suit' look like an extension of himself where the 'cardboard boob job' makes him look like he's wearing a rubber suit, made of cardboard--which he never takes off anyway.

Amazon Studios is really stacking up against the film and television giants thanks to its ever-increasing output of quality entertainment that it's been doing for the past decade now. The Tick is another well-realized superhero show that's fresh territory far away from the current MARVEL and DC bunch. Though I like those two companies (love 'em actually), it's good that properties like The Tick are finally getting in on the superhero craze thing that's been on a winning streak since the early 2000s. Now I'm hoping something like Savage Dragon or Hell-Boy can get similarly respectful treatment like this has gotten.

This is actually the best TV series I've come across. The whole story line is tightly knit and logical, with everything coming together in the end. Every character is full of personality, even the boat. The jokes are sparse, but super funny. I look forward to the next season.

Ok maybe the storyline isn't quite the same as the comics/animated series
but that's a good thing actually. It adds a lot more fun by not being too predictable!
Griffin Newman is a great Arthur and Serafinowicz had done a great job, he's a warm, funny big ol' Tick! But my favorite character is the Terror; goddamn Jackie Earle Haley NAILED IT
