Synopsis

Quentin Jacobsen has spent a lifetime loving the magnificently adventurous Margo Roth Spiegelman from afar. So when she cracks open a window and climbs back into his life-dressed like a ninja and summoning him for an ingenious campaign of revenge-he follows. After their all-nighter ends and a new day breaks, Q arrives at school to discover that Margo, always an enigma, has now become a mystery. But Q soon learns that there are clues-and they're for him. Urged down a disconnected path, the closer he gets, the less Q sees of the girl he thought he knew.

ChloeLFinch This Movie is inappropriate for young children as it had a bit of strong language, talk of sex and doing inappropriate things, kissing and it also has a bit of nudity and Underage drinking. sneaking out at night and doing things that can get you into trouble And it also had a little bit of bullying in, there was also a scene were there was a car accident which was a little intense. And in another scene there was a dead body and a gun that was fired in another scene. I feel like they rushed this Movie. I don t think They had enough time to let things unravel like they did in the book, I mean, of course they couldn't have included every little detail or else the Movie would be way too long. But, i think that they could have done a better job, by taking things slow and gradually moving the story line along instead of pushing through everything. The characters, not seem to have jobs, but they seem to have an endless supply of money. I would of liked to see how they get it because that the only thing that wasn't believable. I didn't like the parents they were clueless, and unhelpful.I like how close it stayed to the book it had little changes. In the book Margo and Quentin go to Sea World but in the Movie it was only mentioned. In a YouTube video which John was in he said 'no one was anxious to pay Sea World for the chance to give them good publicity." We do get some scenes from the book but some charterers were left out of a few scenes.I loved the music that was used and the voice over at the start, I think that younger Quentin and Margo were cute and they acted well. I also like that Ansel Elgort, the actor who played Gus in the fault in our stars was in this Movie but he was only in it for a few seconds.I really liked the scenery and I liked the abandoned building scene that scene was a little intense but then it turned funny. I think it has good acting and casting. I like how it creatures and encourages living in the present and nurturing close friendships. I like Quentin's friends, Radar and Ben, they were are loyal, honest, and kind, and they helped him even when they thought that his plan was a little crazy. I liked the road-trip and shopping scene I found it relatable and really funny. The scene with Ben and Radar in the car was funny. I really liked Ben and Radar they were really funny and I would of like to be there friends. But I would of liked it more if Ben and Radar had a bit more screen-time. I think that Radar was a cutie and he looked cute with his glasses. And I liked it when Radar did the voice impressions. I shipped Radar and Angela and also Quentin and MargoI think Some may dislike how the Movie ends, but that is the point of the story. The story tells us that not imagining someone complexly can sometimes be destructive.
marthinai-62243 The movie was amazing! I love Cara! You must see this movie!
Kirpianuscus the first sin of the film is its status of sketch. a lot of clichés. old tricks for seduce the public. stereotypes. and the end as axis of profound reflection. all well known in better formulas. the second sin is the impossibility to be convince. Paper Towns is a decent teenage movie. but it seems be result of a kind of Dada art. pieces near other pieces, scenes by other scenes. and the absence of links. something missing and this is the cause to see it as a lesson about classic teenager symbols. and nothing more. sure, it could be a good novel who has the bad luck to have not the most inspired adaptation. but, in same measure, after its final credits or a couple day after you see it, the temptation to define it as boring becomes stronger.
Reno Rangan I don't know why it is underrated, probably that's a mistake. Because this is not your usual teen movie, but a different perspective tale and told in a quite exciting way. It was from the director of 'Robot & Frank', it is only his second film and he's now in my watch-out filmmakers list. Both the films were different genre and topic, and I totally loved them. This film was adapted from the book of the same name who wrote 'The Fault in Our Stars'. The film talks about a childhood crush and how long does it takes one to get courage to open his heart.Q short for Quentin, when he first time saw the girl named Margo, he has instantly fallen in love with her. But having differences over how to enjoy the life, they had drifted away. Until when the actual story begins in the final year of their high school. So Q finds some clues when Margo disappeared like usual, but this time he considers it seriously and goes after her to reveal his love. What follows is a road adventure and a mini twist in the tale.Great cast, but I think it is the Nat Wolff's best performance as the lead. The supporting roles were not here to just support, but participated beyond the usual. Cara Delevingne was not bad either, but her part was like in and out frequently. So overall it had best set of characters with uniqueness from one another. Which means don't expect a silly teen comedy, it was awesomely designed to impact all generations. So the entertainment is guaranteed. It is not just a romance between two, that is what I was surprised. The narration points out a one love story, but in the end you would end up watching a multiple romances. Something very refreshing and all the lines were very matured, which kind of feels like the real world stuff. I really liked the conclusion, proves why one should watch it. Whatever the others say, I definitely recommend it. A sweeter and a heartwarming teen film.8/10
