After Luke's and Leia's arrival the resistance gains strength, especially after the demise of the death star by Luke Skywalker. Darth Vader and the first Order do not take much time to find for the resistance who are by then placed in a cold planet called Hoth.
This film has interesting elements like the Lightsaber fight between Darth Vader and Luke; the secret romance of Leia and Han Solo that is expressed in the end, etc. A balancing counterpart of the earlier part this shows First Order on the higher side while resistance tries to gain through Luke as the last hope. Luke find his way to Dagobah where he has interesting meet with Master Yoda who begins his training but that does not complete due to the his call on saving his friends Leia and Han. Luke manages to escape after a breathtaking fight as Leia helps with his rescue.
The turns are twisted as Luke's training is incomplete and the Jedi have not returned; First order gain strength and Vader has turned invincible. All eyes are on Luke who is thought is bring new life to the Jedi.

This is without a doubt the best Star Wars film. If you've seen it, you know what I mean. If you haven't seen it, then you should watch it.

Dude from a galaxy far away, falls in with a bunch of other righteous folks fighting against "The Man" for equality and freedom for everyone in the Galaxy. In the action packed process, there are huge spaceships, laser cannons, giant worms, asteroid fields, cities in the sky, hot babes, romance, best friends, lots of fighting...and the main character meets his real dad, after his dad cuts off his arm. Bad guy wins, good guy lives to fight another day. Live Long and Prosper!

Dark, sinister, raw and revealing - you´ll love it
The style used before computer animation gives it a sense of reality that has not been matched in episodes one, two and three. The computer animation of the early 2000nds looks like cheap video games by today´s standards and make them seem like badly produced children´s films. The empire strikes back in contrast has nothing in common with children´s films, It is serious, very dark, not shallow entertainment with a happy ending. Rogue one comes close nowadays.
