tnytatt It's a campy B movie which normally I like. It's no Wolfcop or Zombeavers, that's for sure. I would have gave it a 4 if the werewolf didn't look like a mutan version of Rowlf from the Muppets.
jlw-60862 Singleton delivers everything you expect from this genre and does it in a big way-Now, if you're a white-bread film goer used to huge budget mainstream drivel- don't even bother. Werewolf Fever is a true classic of the genre and a must see if you love and respect the enormous talent that goes into a film of this budget.
arfdawg-1 First of all, ignore the two other dopey reviews on this page given by people who clearly worked on the film. Citizen Kane would get a 10, not this movie! Here's the truth...the directing and story exposition is a mess. There also isn't a lot of action in this movie. A third of the film is done before anything actually happens and then it gets sort of boring. Nothing interesting ever really kicks in.Oh, and the werewolf is a dude in a cheap rubber suit. What a waste. And no real nudityThe PlotAt the Kingburger Drive-In, the food is fast, the service is sexy, and the price is right. gorefan82 I am a HUGE Werewolf fan. I'm always on the look out for new movies involving Werewolves. Unfortunately, most of the time they are really bad. But I am very happy to say that Werewolf Fever was actually a lot of fun and pretty dang good. With the movie only clocking in at 66 minutes, they wasted no time getting the fun started. The pace didn't drag and they didn't elaborate on plot, which is good in my book. Why was there a Werewolf? Who cares, all that matters is that there is one trying to kills you. The quality was pretty good for a B movie. Granted the acting was pretty bad but what do you expect? It had some humor, a good dose of blood and gore and unique and pretty cool Werewolf. I'm really picky when it comes to the appearance of Werewolves and although this one looked different, it was cool to see a different take on the creature. Overall, I would definitely recommend this for any horror fan. It's a fun time!
