gridoon2018 The best thing you can say about most of the matches of "Wrestlemania XV" is that they are relatively short (in the case of a boxing match, 30 seconds short - at least that's unusual) and they don't overstay their welcome. But too many unclean finishes, too much (bad) soap opera and too little actual wrestling make this a middling Wrestlemania. Obviously the main event, Rock vs. Austin for the WWF title, is the big draw, and after a draggy all-over-the-arena slugfest it does gain some electricity when it moves back inside the ring.
amanwhorocks 1. Hardcore Triple Threat match: Al Snow Vs. Hardcore Holly Vs. Champ-Billy Gunn - Lol at ending, Bob Holly won after Billy finished Snow. 7.5/10 2. Test/D'Lo Brown Vs. Owen Hart/Jeff Jarrett 7.5/10 3. Brawl for All-Boxing match: Butterbean Vs. Bart Gunn - 1 round match :D Big lol 6/10 4. Big Show Vs. Mankind - Mankind won by DQ and Giant Choke-Slammed McMahon 7/10 5. WWF Intercontinental Title 4 way Match: Champ-Road Dogg Vs. Val Venis Vs. Goldust Vs. Shamrock - Weakly scripted match with double Count-out and Road Dogg Old-schooled pin. 6.5/10 6. Kane Vs. Triple H - Chyna helped HHH and we have another DQ ending, but it's great, because they sleep together again, we're happy. 6/10 7. WWF Women Title Match: Champ-Sable Vs. Tori - OMG, that was really weak, probably the worst thing on the card. 4/10 8. WWF European Title Match: Champ-Shane McMahon Vs. X-Pac - HHH turned on X-Pac and let Shane got pin. 6.5/10 9. Hell in a Cell Match: The Undertaker Vs. Big Stiff Man - One of the worst HiC matches, because of that poor untalented Traylor. At least he didn't win. And hanging him with rope? That was sick even on me. 6.5/1010. WWF World Heavyweight Title Match: Stone Cold Steve Austin Vs. Champ-The Rock - Austin scored again. 7.5/10
the_kiss_army_45 This was a pretty good WrestleMania. Heres a list of matches and my comments on them. 1. Triple Threat Hardcore Championship Match Hardcore Holly def. Billy Gunn and Al Snow to become champion. This was a pretty good match. Billy Gunn got over really well with the crowd. I even cheered a bit myself. 8/102. World Tag Team Championship Owen Hart & Jeff Jarrett w/ Debra def. Test & D-Lo Brown w/ Ivory to retain. This was a good match. I still miss Owen Hart a lot. But anyways this was a pretty quick match, with a good quick brawl between Test and D-Lo in the end. 7/103. Brawl 4 All Butterbean def. Bart Gunn by knockout. This was pretty quick and somewhat pointless. But it wasn't horrible. 6.5/104. Fatal Four Way Intercontinental Championship Match Road Dogg def. Ken Shamrock, Val Venis and Goldust w/ Blue Meanie and Ryan Shamrock to retain. This was a pretty good match, Lame way to get rid of two competitors by double count out. But Road Dogg picks up the win in the end. Blue Meanie was so annoying during the match. 7.5/105. Kane def. Triple H by DQ, pretty quick match with a funny moment where Pete Rose gets tombstoned...not choke slammed, in the Beginning.6. Women's Championship Sable def. Tori, pretty lams stuff. But not horrible. 6.5/107. European Championship Shane McMahon w/ Test def. X-Pac to retain, not bad, actually pretty good. 7.5/108. Hell in a Cell Match Undertaker w/ Paul Bearer def. Big Boss Man, memorable match with Bossman being hung. I love Hell In A Cell. 8.5/109. WWE Championship Main Event Stone Cold def. The Rock to become champion, another memorable Rock and Austin Match-up. Good ending. 9/10overall good wrestlemania. i enjoyed it, kept me in my seat.
DaveHasNoTimeForAnyOfThisBull For anyone who want's to see The Rock vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin I or Kane vs HHH I, see this Wrestlemania. The crowd reaction is awe inspiring and the DVD presents funny and interesting audio commentary by the Rock and Austin. Mankind(Mick Foley) also has such a large role in this Wrestlemania that all of his fans should enjoy it.SPOILER: HBK makes a surprise appearance to taunt Mr. McMahon before the main event. END SPOILERThe DVD also has character biographies and background histories on many of the wrestlers. I didn't buy the setup for the Sable-Tori match so that's one negative to it. The setup for Rock-Austin may be the greatest in wrestlemania history. Overall, everyone who's a wrestling fan should see it and I promise they will enjoy it.
