kyleitis Horrible... I timed it. Got 12 minutes of news out of a 30 minute program. Watch BBC world news for a good half hour report
toriedesjardins David Muir really tells the news. I've seen a lot of news. David really knows how to tell it.
Catherine_Grace_Zeh "ABC EVENING NEWS," in my opinion, is a good news magazine show. I enjoyed seeing Peter Jennings as the main anchor. There are many reasons why I said that. It's so sad that he passed away. Before I found out about his death, I never knew he smoked. If you ask me, it seems that nobody stays with a TV show throughout its entire run anymore. Still, I enjoy hearing about what's happening in the world. The only thing I don't like hearing about is when someone has been murdered or gone missing. Now, in conclusion, I highly recommend this good news magazine to all you die-hard news magazine fans. You will really enjoy it.
Danny Blankenship "ABC News" was always highly informative in the evening with the now late and great Peter Jennings. The network was always on top of things in events, though from time to time the network would focus much on international and foreign affair issues. The reporting and interviewing was always top notch from people like Charles Gibson, John Stossel, and Elizabeth Vargas, and the legendary Barbara Walters and Hugh Downs were unbeatable. Yet the most traditional and best was Peter Jennings it was sad he passed so young, Peter always told the news in a traditional manner with such a smooth and calm voice and he was always a hard working newsman and anchor. And ABC is probably the most conservative of the big three certainly more to the right than NBC or CBS.
