Unlike BGT, Americas got talent just feels so fake and super rehearsed. The audience don't seem genuine. Its almost as if they are being told when to boo (and boy, do they overdo it?). I also hate that you don't get to see the genuine act, but instead the edited version with the painfully irritating slow motion effects.

I stopped liking this show a few years ago, there are to many cringy little kids "beating" actually talented adults, almost all of the kid singers make me want to jump off a hill. But last episode they put the cringest white little 12 year old rapper named patches through and it was too far.

It's good for America because somewhere there is potential and talent for people in this world. People can be somebodies if they put they put their hearts to it. It's not a joke, its a choice, you can't crap on potential, you reality-loving idiots! I give America's Got Talent a 10 out of 10. Because of its talent, and Their sententional judges!

The show's listing of judges is several years outdated. Pier Morgan was dumped with the paper/phone hacking scandal in England that he was a major part of, a couple of years ago and Sharon Osbourne's last year was 2012. The show is excellent and I can't wait for it each summer but the first few episodes each season where they show all the tryouts are not that exciting. The last few episodes are wonderful and heartbreaking as lots of talented acts have to be cut. The variety of acts makes this far more entertaining and interesting than American Idol. One serious drawback to viewer voting online is that you MUST agree to share your fb profile and all friends' emails which I refuse to do. I vote via phone which is more inconvenient but can be done anonymously.
