I've seen many many anime & I can easily say this is my favorite. It's one of those ones I couldn't stop watching. I give this 10/10 and highly recommend watching.I don't write reviews in general, but it bothers me that people down vote this anime and other great shows simply because they aren't happy with the total user rating. For people to say this anime is 1-4/10 is beyond a joke. When you write a review of any show, the first step is to actually watch the whole thing so you can give an honest review. Second step is to rate honestly based on your opinion - To give a rating of 1/10 and rant about how 'over rated' it was is just ridiculous and nonsensical. Thirdly you can write an honest review to justify your rating that others can read and help them decide if they want to watch it, and/or engage in conversation. Just because YOU aren't happy with the overall rating, doesn't mean its necessary to down vote it in some childish attempt to bring the rating down.I am 33 years old and I've seen a lot of anime - this one is 10/10 for me, I watched the end of season 2 about 20 times, I loved it and can't wait for season 3

Attack on Titan is one the most disappointing shows I've ever seen. This show is the definition of wasted potential. The premise feels incredibly wasted on the awful storytelling and pacing. The show also contains some of the most unlikable and unrelatable characters I've had the displeasure of watching. For example, during the first season of the show we find out that the two main characters of the show (Eren and Mikasa) are murderers. The show does a flashback to their childhood where we see a young Eren murder some kidnappers to save Mikasa who also kills a person in this scene. Obviously the point of the flashback is to show how close these two characters are, but to me it just made them more unlikable. How is the audience supposed to relate these characters after knowing they're killers. The show also has very flawed logic like how in some scenes you can hear the titans footsteps as they were approaching yet they constantly sneak up on people. Personal gripes I have with the show is that the gore feels undeserved and also the art-style, I never felt like the art-style matched the setting. I also hated how Eren could turn into a titan himself into a titan, that forces you to suspend your disbelief from reasonable to over the top.

Probably the worst anime has ever made..... giants.... really? lmao...Don't waste your life watching this piece of garbage that is called Attack on Titans, still can't believe it's showing on Adult Swim.

I avoided this one for quite some time because of how ridiculous the premise looked in theory. Giant sized brainless monsters eating humans alive, it sounded just another variation of some type of zombie apocalypse, but man was I wrong. After hearing its name again and again, I finally decided to give it a try and it's amazing. The show is brilliant and extremely addictive and no, it's not just about giant brainless monsters eating humans, that's just the base premise of the show upon which a very intriguing and crafty knitted story is told in an even craftier way. One of the best shows I have watched without a doubt. Couldn't give it 10 because sometimes the characters in this show come across as stupid or unbelievable (too much attempt to show them as beings with fallible or erroneous character) because of their actions but nonetheless, it is made up for by the storyline, the twists and turns, and the brilliant action sequences. It is worth many watches.
