Has everything the original had!! We often forget that it is animated as we watch, because it stays so true to the feel of the original. And why wouldn't it - same people, except for Janet Wright (RIP). Thanks, Cornor Gas!!!

I had reservations about revisiting one of my favourite casts of characters. Corner Gas-the original series-is one of the best series to come out of Canada and I was afraid that an animated attempt four years later would be nothing but a chase grab. I was afraid they would ruin it. Corner Gas Animated lives up to the standard of writing that we have come to expect from Butt and his team. It's a lot of fun and I am grateful to have them back! Janet Wright is missed, but Emma LeRoy is well-played by Wright's friend, Corrine Koslo, and it still feels like family.

Huge fan of the original. This one falls short from the magic of the original series. It was said the reason they moved to a animated format, was to write/pulloff jokes without limitations. But ultimately there are no jokes that really couldn't have been performed in the live action format.I wish they would have put all the time and effort they put into this style, and just revamped the classic live-action

The chemistry of the cast from the show seems to be gone, the reading of the lines sounds like they're reading a book but they're not really acting.
