First two seasons kept my interest, but the third season "make-over" took the series off the tracks. The cast turnover was disastrous, with replacements basically lacking any personality at all. The new team was so flat, I found myself not caring what happened to the "stars" of the series. And several loose ends were left dangling from season two. The plots were also insipid in the third season. Inevitably cancelled.

I agree with other reviewers - I love the concept. Watching Bill Fichtner and seeing other really good actors such as Karel Roden keep my focus. The main problem is the melodrama, the inappropriate drawn out speeches with the characters standing around listening, and other frequent moments, plots or acts that make me cringe and say aloud "this is so ridiculous and stupid!".But I am still watching (which is why I gave it over 5 stars), cause there are great locations, *really* good acting - not their fault for having some terribly, cheesy lines, and international crime stories.

I gave here a rating of 7 out of 10 because of the horrible season 3 which ruined everything. Had this been for season 1 and 2, I would have given it a 9 out 10.In most action series, there is a member of the team that is killed at some point and that is realistic. Unfortunately, in this short-lived series, it seems the director or the writers decided all of a sudden that the show should have a completely new face. A never-heard of proposition. What do they do for that? Eva goes off in Spain in search of her father, she is inexplicably scared and then we assume that she is killed. No explanation. Hickman decides he's leaving after that case. A therapist fatally shoots Louis and, strangely enough, Hickman asks her to call an ambulance. Season ends. When Season 3 starts, you don't know who's who and again there is no explanation. I honestly thought I was accidentally watching a different show. This 3rd season is the pits. We get an unknown to the show (Elizabeth Mitchell) to be the head of the team even though she seems lost, miscast and not belonging there. Other members have no chemistry between them, they look like they were thrown together for no reason, seem uneasy in their role and the only explanation you get is the odd remark every now and then, if you can catch it. I sadly and regretfully switched to another show.
