Synopsis

Graveyard Carz is a reality television series that currently airs on Velocity. The show documents the select crew at Mark Worman's collision shop Welby's Car Care and their restoration, research and documentation of Chrysler vehicles. The restoration footage is bookended by Worman's musings and commentary, usually at his workers' expense. The crew also provides commentary on the projects, as well as about working with each other. Occasionally the owners of cars being restored visit the shop and tell their story. It is made on location at Worman's collision shop in Springfield, Oregon.

Reviews

miltonmunster These shows are so dumb & obviously the fake tension is boring & so predictable the guy, mark, seems to know what he's talking about but why be a massive asshole.I don't mind joking around but this guy would lose a few teeth carrying on the way he does around people I know.Unfortunately after the first few episodes it degenerated into a couple of minutes on cars then mainly childish bs & ads
TexasJR I am a new viewer of Graveyard Cars, and enjoyed the last few episodes until episode 5:25. Having lost a Son to suicide, I felt it was in very bad taste that Mark made fun of someone setting up a car to end their life and make it look like an accident.Mark, like many others, are lucky to not have had a suicide enter their life. Because if they had, they would know the deep pain and grief this presents to survivors.I helped lead a suicide survivor support group last night and we had 3 new families join the group. All were deeply impacted by their loss and it would be impossible to put into words the depths of their sadness and immeasurable pain they expressed and felt.So to Mark, and a lot of others out there, Suicide is nothing to make fun of, to joke about, or to take casually. So please, refrain from such callous and inappropriate remarks in the future. You are better than that!We need to have more, not less discussions about suicide, and how to prevent it.If you know of anyone you is at risk, please get them help immediately and call the national suicide prevention hot line at 800-273-8255.
ozart2002-919-392694 Mark Worman has replaced Adam Sandler as the most annoying asshole in "entertainment" (unless you count Chris Matthews or Rachel Maddow). The fact that he is a walking parts catalog/repair manual cannot overcome his abrasive personality and sophomoric antics. It seems that this show only exists to allow him to get paid to rant (I can't imagine what it would like for his therapist). When this piece of crap was in the planning stages, the producers called me to inquire about using one of my custom automotive turntables...after discovering that they wanted it for free (which I did do for Jay Leno's Garage and Esquire's Ultimate Bachelor Pad Hollywood). I nearly did, until I spent 10 minutes talking to Mark (which convinced me to take a pass). Good thing I did, given the dismal ratings and predominantly juvenile audience. Here's hoping for a cancellation - and replacement with a show about the CARS.
wepetrie I gave this show 3 tries and they struck out. This show is nothing more than a venue for Mark Worman to stroke his huge ego. An hour of his angry, demeaning, junior high school rants is just too much. Worman clearly thinks he is something special. He is not. He thinks he is better than those that work for him. He is not. He thinks he is funny. He is not. He thinks it is okay to berate, insult and verbally abuse everyone around him. It is not. It is sad that Velocity continues to give this angry little man air time. I question the decision making at Velocity that allows this trash to continue to air. It is abundantly clear that Worman suffers from SMS (short-man-syndrome) and apparently has unresolved issues in life that cause him to be such a foul, angry little troll. He is in serious need of some medications and counseling with a good therapist who specializes in PTSD and anger management. Luckily, the ratings for this show are on a down-swing so we won't have Worman around much longer. Worman is no Chip Foose, and no Jimmie Johnson. My advice to him: Go watch several episodes of Overhaulin' and some Jimmie Johnson interviews to learn how to be a decent, humble human being. I for one will NEVER watch this show again.
