Synopsis

Johnny Bravo tells the story of a biceps-bulging, karate-chopping free spirit who believes he is a gift from God to the women of the earth. Unfortunately for Johnny, everyone else sees him as a narcissistic Mama's boy with big muscles and even bigger hair. In short, he is the quintessential guy who 'just doesn't get it.' No matter what he does, or where he finds himself, he always winds up being his own worst enemy.

William Addison Johnny bravo is a Cartoon Network classic this show is immature, rude and hilarious. Johnny bravo is a fast paced short legged sexist self centered idiot who still lives with his mum/mom and thats why I love him (in a platonic way) in the adventures he has to quote pick up chicks he always ends up failing he is like the Charlie sheen of kids cartoons. I wouldn't recommend the show to any parents if you watch it you will see why. The greatest thing to about Johnny Bravo is watching it at a young age being completely oblivious of whats happening and waiting until your about 15 and realizing what you watched at a young age and laughing about what you watched and feeling awkward about whats happening but still has a kids cartoon feeling about it. overall its still great no matter how cheesy some parts are its a great show I would recommend it to any one... anyone who isn't a woman this show is great
langsts21 Johnny Bravo is one of my favorite shows, but Cartoon Network canceled the show despite how many fans there are. Cartoon Network only airs one episode now and that is the Christmas episode. In the Christmas episode, Johnny tries to deliver his letter and his mom's letter to Santa Claus. That is a good episode, but it sucks that it is the only episode that airs now, just around Christmas. I think that Cartoon Network should make new episodes or at least air the re-runs. The show is the best that Cartoon Network has ever aired. Ah, the old days of Cartoon Network mainly this show is what I miss. Johnny Bravo is funny, original, and has great animation.
wwe7961 Johnny Bravo is a hilarious show about a guy who is on a non-ending hunt to get a girl. Every time he sees a chick he flirts with them though he does it so unsubtly that the girls punch him in the face. The jokes are hilarious, and Johnny Bravo is one of my favorite characters from Cartoon Network for sure. This pretty much the cult classic of Cartoon Network. It can be enjoyed just as much by adults as kids. This is mainly due to the writer Seth Macfarlane knowing how to reach many adults funny bones. After the first season of Bravo Seth made Family Guy which is a very popular show amongst adult audiences. Seth wrote it in a way that made enjoyable for anyone. Many people will disagree with this statement, but I find this much better than Family Guy. Yes I said it. Overall Johnny Bravo is a really funny show.
Glen B.Wang That's right, how can Johnny Bravo be a funny cartoon when that big baffoon alone is just all brawn and no brain? Surely he is an amalgamation of Elvis and Homer Simpson but that doesn't even make Johnny Bravo a classic cartoon character. All he does is doing his fancy poses in front of the chicks and getting his butt kicked all the time. It really doesn't matter if you miss a single episode because they are all pretty much the same, making the show repetitious and boring. What's worse, even most of the jokes in the show fail to pack a punch or in some cases, do not make any sense at all. There are so many problems that actually hinder me from laughing out loud. Incoherent character designs, horrendous background visuals that are reminiscent to cheesy Hanna-Barbera shows (that applies to the earlier season, the later looks much better but still seems surprisingly inconsistent), typical dialogue and character personalities, etc.Like the first generations of Cartoon Network (Cow and Chicken, I Am Weasel), Johnny Bravo is everything but funny, logic and creative. And unlike future generations of any networks (Samurai Jack, Clone Wars, My Life As A Teenage Robot, Justice League), Johnny Bravo is definitely out of date.
