I love this series - to me it's how a TV-show should be. I love the characters but the show is not about them, it's about the cases. So there's a real slow character-development, but it doesn't interfere with the storylines and I think that's good. My favourite part of the series is Tim Roth, but what bothers me is that there's no way a West Ham-fan would run around with a scarf in Arsenal colours.

They show how people react to almost everything and an incredible specialist on how to spot a liar with an amazing performance by Tim Roth. All characters in this film have credibility and spontaneity. They work with passion to make release o capture of different bad guys I recommend widely to follow this series. They have different situations on every chapter. And they have especial affinity between them. They know their weaknesses on each other so they always been helping between them. All the performer are playing to spot a liar. Who are they? discover it watching this series and learn a lot about human behavior

Lie to Me is an amazing series in which you learn through the protagonist , played by Tim Roth of the Pulp Fiction fame, when people lies and the why, after you figure out that the person indeed lies to You. In short the series follows the protagonist Lightman, an expert in lying detection ,who with his paradox methods gets the results essential for the case in question every time. This type of the unorthodox hero ,though I have seen it also in House M.D., Sherlock, Macgyver and many more I like it.The fact that we lie a lot during our life (studies have showed that a person lies about two to four time per day!) fits nicely with the attitude of Lightman, which isn't in line with what is called as commonly accepted behavior, shows that we all wear masks in order to be part of the group and fill our basic need of socializing even if this sometimes means to kill our characteristic style. The other part that this behavior is an excellent trap in order to expose the criminals who use this "acting" in order to hide themselves in the group ,but this attitude just hits them in right spot and flash them out.But I have to say the last season (third) isn't so awesome as the previous two for it becomes to crowded and needless tangled, in short the general problem of a television show. To give more analysis ,when you have done about dozens different stories of lying in a show it is more or less the breaking point of the usefulness of the characters in it and after a while you stop carrying about them. The same thing has happened to similar show ,like CSI, Hawai five-O (the new one) and X-files, series with mystery ,crime and good plots, like Lie to Me.Summary on my review is that it worth your time, go what it , you will enjoyed it and in case you don't want the enjoyment to be spoiler don't watch the last season.

The first season was riveting. I sat down and took notes of how people react to certain things, and was amazed at how deep my ignorance goes when it comes to understanding the human face. I love Tim Roth's work since I saw him in "the legend of 1900". Even so, after the first season, the micro-expressions, which were the epitome of whole idea behind the series, were stopped. By design (to prevent people from really learning through repetition) or not, the series which was still great, turned into one of a group (somewhat like 'the mentalist'), which it differed from for the better at first. Shame really, it was a good one.
