We enjoyed this show. We cannot believe it was canceled! My daughter and I were looking forward to a new season! The story lines and premise of the show were not like any other police or detective program currently on television. It was well written and the actors, especially Dylan, have long been favorites. The acting of Maggie Q was also worth keeping it on for more seasons. There was a good chemistry between the ensemble cast members. Any chance that it will be brought back? One of the main reasons it was enjoyable was due to the lack of silly sitcom material that are aired week after week. We both ranked it close to the hit show, The Black List. Stalker just did not have the time to grow and gain more viewers.

From the beginning I loved this show, it was creepy but had its humour in it. Most of the stalkers are the characters you least expect, which makes the show less predictable. Characters are great in Stalker and its such a shame it won't be renewed for a second season. Only negative about this show is the finale...i understand that maybe they were hopeful for a second season but ending it with a cliffhanger?? The story wasn't even about Beth and Jack anymore, it switched to Vicky and her ex-husband (killer) that we had only seen twice before...If they had cut out the last 1 minute or so of the finale it would of ended perfectly but since they didn't, it just wasn't a very good ending and left me pretty disappointed. Other than that, the show is great and if you're looking for a show to creep you out at night, this is it!!

A well trained police officer with martial arts skills get loose twice from her handcuffs, punch out the "Ray" the attacker, then run for the door. Why would he leave the keys for the handcuffs on the table?? Just to check if he could trust her... crap. Several times she have either a knife or other items she easily could have "killed" or harmed "Ray" with, why didn't she finish him off.... two times he was down, half unconscious. She is so clear and focused until she gets loose, then she starts panicking.... All this just so the others can come and save her.... what about reality... again wasted time starting following a show, then its crap at the end. Hollywood writers - wake up....

Beth Davis (Maggie Q) leads the Threat Assessment Unit of LAPD detectives investigating stalkers. She was a victim of a stalker. Jack Larsen (Dylan McDermott) is a new transfer from NYPD Homicide. He has followed Deputy District Attorney Amanda Taylor (Elisabeth Röhm) to LA to stay close to the their son. Ben Caldwell and Janice Lawrence are the two other members of the small unit. They investigate college kid victim Perry Whitley who turns out to be mentally unstable and fixates on Beth after she threatens him. This is actually pretty good for a police procedural. It's dark, creepy and a little scary. Both Maggie Q and McDermott are good in this. I really like the Perry Whitley character. He is a clingy weirdo who gets really creepy. The show is missing one particular stock character. It needs the wide-eyed rookie who the audience can empathize with. Otherwise, this is a nice dark procedural.
