I know this is supposed to be a 'fluff' piece of TV police procedural action program but, this is the worse show of any shows that I've ever seen in the past that were in the same category. I cannot stand the female actor-turned-PI. Terrible actress. Although she's actually 37 years old in real life, on this show, she's like an 'any age'- year old, obnoxious, annoying, self-centered, over-bearing child. Like a fly that you have to keep swatting away. Every time she opens her mouth (spewing out the usual cliches), I cringe. NOTHING like Castle or Bones. At least their 'side kicks' were intelligent/smart and had a maturity about themselves that made the chemistry between the 2 leads palatable (Bones & Booth, Beckett & Castle, etc.). I'd rather see a show with the same PI (Ciprian/Valetik) with the lady Detective Christine as the leads and that flighty , air-head (Bilson/Swift) as his receptionist or the medical examiner's assistant, or anything else - not the lead. Bilson's acting is forced and over the top. Not funny. Her 'comic timing' is off. His is OK. To me, it would be nice if there were spin-off(s) from Castle and/or Bones that will draw attention from this show so that it will fade into the sunset. American TV executives need to take lessons from Canadian and British shows like this one so that they can gain the necessary knowledge regarding how such shows SHOULD be created and shown. This show is pitiful. Or just show programs from past years (1980's, 1990's early 2000's) in this time slot, if you can't do better than this. I know it's not suppose to be a serious show, but it's not supposed to be a STUPID one either.

This show is no Castle, but it's still a good show. I think Rachel Bilson is really funny, the part was well cast. And Eddie Cibrian plays his part well and is very easy on the eyes!!!! Bit of a slow start but it gets better. Episode 7 is the best so far with episode 8 a close second.

Seems kinda cute. I only watched a few minutes of it. Would be interested in seeing more one day. For the little that I did see, it reminded me of the mid to late 80s tv show "Moonlighting" with Willis and Shepherd. He was a detective and she was a former model who ran a private detective agency. I never actually watched an entire episode of that show either. In "Take Two", he Cibrian, is a private investigator and she, Bilson, is a former actor. They are both relatively attractive and attracted to each other. Though he is looking much older than his "Young and Restless", "Third Watch" and "CSI Miami" days. He seems to have had a charmed career. In terms of the TV show, it's all been done before and nothing is new. The old becomes new again...or not. Before I go, is the "Monica" character supposed to be like "Garcia's" character on "Criminal Minds" and like "Abby Sciuto" character on "NCIS"? If so, how original! (eye roll)

Good cinematography, sound track, compelling characters and stories. Love the show.
