SnoopyStyle It's the night shift at the San Antonio Memorial Hospital ER. Many of the staff have connections or serve in the military. TC (Eoin Macken) is an Army Ranger doctor struggling with PTSD. Dr. Jordan Alexander (Jill Flint) is his ex. Topher Zia (Ken Leung) and Drew Alister (Brendan Fehr) are also Army. Paul Cummings and Shannon Rivera are two of the younger doctors. Dr. Scott Clemmens (Scott Wolf) has a fling with Jordan. This wants to be ER with a military spin. It's functional for what it attempts to be but it is not breaking any new grounds. The military aspect can never be big enough although it does try awkwardly sometimes. This is mostly a medical show. A few of the cast have some good chemistry but they can't maintain the serial flow. The romantic melodrama is never that great. The main cast is stable but there is often a shuffling. It's a summer replacement show which eked out four half-seasons.
katieshepherd-29218 i started watching the show after finding it on Netflix. After the first episode i wasn't too sure but i carried on watching and now i can say its fantastic and i can't wait to see what happens in the rest of the show.i recommend watching it, you go on a journey with the characters, you see their past and you immerse yourself in the stories of each character.
mommasky-19091 So...I don't usually write reviews, however, I thought about it this time. This show to me was very intriguing. As an EMT, I know that this is not something that actually happens. I like to point out while watching, all mistakes that are made(i.e.people breathing), little things that would NEVER happen. But at the same time I can't wait to watch more!! Love it and plan to watch more of the seasons!
elinnabary-05354 ... I don't know where to start or how to describe how completely irritating it was to watch this show. It is chock full of inaccuracies (most medical shows are, but this surpasses all others in absolute fakeness). It's kind of funny to just listen to the sound without the video. Everyone is so dramatic and the lines are super cheesy. Terrible acting combined with bad writing: I could barely get though Season 1 Episode 1. The writers really need health care professionals to fact check for them. Enjoy watching this fictional universe medical drama.
