I love to love/hate this show...it's so beautifully awful.

With such an amazing idea (animals finally getting back at us for torturing and exploiting them on daily basis), and such a potential for an absolutely awesome plot, it is a bit disappointing... the acting is..meh, ok... and the characters are not quite convincing, except Abe maybe...the plot and the situations are sometimes "oh, c'mon, really", but all in all a nice show to watch when you're tired and need a decent fun that does not require too much thinking and focusing...

The first two seasons were fun and corny but season 3 had me frustrated and yelling at the screen. What began with a likeable cast of characters have been completely ruined by terrible moral choices and because of its main character being too weak to make the hard choices despite having half a dozen chances costing hundreds of thousand lives and then the last moral choice was just so undeniably horrid that the main characters of this show have no redeemable quality.

This Easter Monday, whilst chatting with family about TV shows it suddenly dawned on me that Zoo has stood out as by far the worst TV series I think I have ever seen.A plot that is way beyond daft - written by the animals themselves it would seem.If this were a typical level of television that humans achieved then perhaps it wouldn't be such a bad idea for the animals to wipe us out.Might be useful to watch an episode or two just to reset your levels on just how bad television can get.
