Synopsis

A quiet town is jumpstarted by the arrival of an enigmatic family; a statuesque mother named Louisa and her gorgeous teenage sons. Sixteen Year-Old Hilary is working hard to get good grades, hoping to escape the small town life a long line of relatives lived before her. With the arrival of the mysterious family just weeks before school is to let out, life suddenly becomes appealing. Hilary's father is instantly charmed by Louisa, while she herself finds a strong connection to middle son Kadin, ignoring her dubious instincts. As the town falls under the hypnotic spell of the young men, no one but Hilary sees the peculiar loyalty that holds them together and the lengths they will go to give their mother what she needs until it's far too late.

Marco Well This is an amazing little horror movie, highly recommended to all the genre fans. For the budget this low, it has turned out great. It is about a quiet town which is overturned by the arrival of a family whose intentions are not clear. I loved it because of its mystery elements, which are backed up by a great story and believable acting. The main character is played by the charismatic Connie Saltzman (for whom I've honestly never heard before), and she did her role fantastically. I wish there are more good movies with her and I will definitely look out for more work from this director.
jjknowstheway The director had good taste when they were casting the actors. The family of boys and their mom actually look so much alike, and they move alike, they sound alike, and that is sweet because in other movies when they don't look alike its hard for me to follow the story because I don't believe anything. But in this I was like looking up everybody to see whose related to each other. The actress playing Hilary I would like to ask her hand in marriage, oh swerve doe, she was amazing. Some of the acting was kind of cheesy with the blond girls but maybe they were supposed to be stereotyped like that or something? I figured out the family is like a group of creatures and they go from town to town quietly so the mother can feed and they're all sneaky and charming. I bought it and it's good and I'll watch it again.
bemused11 I have rarely seen a movie that explained so little. Everything was fine some suspense, mystery and a promise to learn who Honeybee and her 5 boys were, where they were from and what they were doing in their new hometown. No such luck... Lots of cryptic clues waiting for all to be revealed then...nothing a big fat nothing. Another movie in the long line of movies that keep the viewer waiting but reveal nothing. So frustrating as I waited for the final reveal. My advice to this type of movie maker...WE DON'T KNOW WHAT IS IN YOUR HEAD, JUST TELL USWE DON'T KNOW WHAT IS IN YOUR HEAD, JUST TELL US
nicholasmartin-78998 I had a friend who worked on the crew and I just watched this and let me tell you, as a fan of horror/comedy I had thoroughly enjoyed it. I was never bored, I don't think I got up once from watching it on my laptop which says something. I loved how it looked! I was like wow, I'm from upstate NY and this movie makes it look the most beautiful place in the world. Yet it there were dark undertones there the whole time since you know... it doesn't end well! So spoiler alert, the brothers are a LOT older than they claim to be, especially the twins who are actually the oldest and shown in an old newspaper clipping. They're basically like drones taking care of their mother, the "Queen Bee" and feeding cute girls to her so she can stay ageless. I'm never sure if she would die without feeding or if she is choosing to feed? Anyway, it was awesome and I thought completely obvious. I want to see what this Writer would do if they had a big budget!
