charliegorry I really like how they added Tony Stark (Iron-man) in the movie with Spider-man.Also the suit looks awesome. The villain Vulture played by Michael Keaton is a really good villain. The story line is Brilliant.Tom Holland was made to be Spider-man
tomr-28618 This is the best Spiderman film to have come out since Spiderman 2 but it isn't better than the first two films in my opinion. Nevertheless it's a good movie. This is one of the funniest Spiderman movies and takes a more comedic and high school movie vibe which does fit Spiderman very well of course. The action scenes aren't anything special and I've forgotten basically all of them but the dialogue scenes are great and funny, the ending as well is priceless.Michael Keaton as the Vulture is pretty good and one of the best MCU villains. Spiderman himself is good although the suit does have the Stark Tech upgrades which do take away from the original feeling Spiderman has in a way since he made his own suit originally. This does feel just like any other MCU movie overall as it has a really generic story and no real visual style or directorial style but it's still an entertaining watch and saved Spiderman from the awful Amazing Spiderman 2. This is my third favourite Spiderman film.
Sergei Maruk Spider-Man: Homecoming is a MCU movie and if you are familiar with other titles, you can imagine how this movie works. Part of becoming a hero is skipped and it's a big plus, since we know it already and seen it thousands of times. The movie shows that expectations about being superhero may differ from reality and that makes Spider-Man a bit different from other superhero movies. Since Spider-Man is a 'teen' in this movie, Tom Holland act like one and he does a great job. Making Spider-Man younger again didn't make movie childish. Of course it's not serious drama movie and you shouldn't expect it from Spider-Man, but the movie can entertain adults just as kids, just because it's not filled with too much fantasy and unbelievable stuff. Jokes fits perfectly and are not overwhelming. If you are looking for fun family movie - this one is probably the best pick from whole MCU movie collection. It's easy to watch, entertaining and filled with good humor- go for it.
s_mahs_s Like most super-heroes movies nowadays, this one also lacks on creativity. Lame jokes, alien technology turns everything magical and possible, and these kids (not only peter parker but every kid) on high school should be working for NASA, as they seem to know a lot more than stephen hawking. Hacking Stark industries is now something that happens everyday, and anyone can do it with just a click. Not even before 9/11 hijacking an airplane was that easy, and it seems really odd to see paramilitary plane worth billions of dollars in cargo with almost no security. BOTTOM LINE: this is a movie made for kids, not for spider-man fans!!
