emamzadeh-83848 Enough and decent is the best way to describe this movie. though i expected a bit more, i can't exactly call it a disappointment. a bit boring, sometimes nonsense but ultimately enough. Claire Foy is great though i didn't know her i didn't expect much, but man she got talents. I'm gonna start watching The Crown because of her. the procedure of Sawyer Valentini (main character) is well done (though it could've been better). recommending Unsane is a bit hard, it completely depend on your tastes

intorchard-101 Filming with an iPhone?? Need I say more If it wasn't for the fact I rent this and paid for it singularly then I wouldn't of watch it. It wasn't bad, most things don't ad up, like the story they give u and then watching the actual Film. The antics that are done done make sense. Yeah wasn't impressed, thank goodness I didn't see this In theatres, and come to think of it..... it didn't make it to my theatre. Wonder why???? Lol

kyboomer . I do not think people understand this movie. It is a psychological thriller. You can assume that if this place is as crooked as it appears they would find a way to keep the main character hospitalized.The way it is filmed gives it an even darker appearance. I have watched it twice. The first time I could not decide who was crazy and who was not. The thriller aspect had me on the edge of my seat and the ending had me wondering, "wow, maybe she is crazy."I gave it a 7 because her mother was killed yet she did not seem to be too traumatized. It is a great Friday night go to movie.

If you're to have a good time at this one, you'll have to set aside any idea of real mental health hospitals (even private ones) and just go with the story. About twenty minutes in, I stopped saying, "But that's wrong!" and "That's not right!" and just let the movie be a thriller/fantasia on the paranoid nightmare of involuntary commitment. After that, I thought it was quite an enjoyable movie.If you require realism, you'll probably hate it, despite good acting, good pacing, and an enjoyably twisty story.
