rocknjo1 I'm a huge fan of Chuck Norris and Walker, Texas Ranger. In fairness I have to rate "Trial by Fire" an 8. Although it's a 10 to me, we have to admit that the entire series was less than top-notch technically. I just finished watching the final 2-hour episode of the series and was reminded of an unresolved problem for the Walker series. In the final episode, Walker has a vision which shows he and Alex wishing a "happy birthday" to their teen-age daughter. This being the case, then Alex could not be dead, as we are left to guess at in "Trial by Fire". There needs to be one more movie to tie up all the loose ends. Also, as long as it needs to be done anyway, make sure you bring back Jimmy for a large role.
pickles652003 I really enjoyed the movie, there was a lot of action and this time the rangers had a hard time with the bad guys. I would really like to know why jimmy was only in it for a few minutes,I would like to know if there is going to be a continued show because the ending sucked it just left us wanting more, is Alex dead or is she just hurt bad? Come on guys you have to have another movie or bring back the series. Iam sure you would have a lot of viewers watching. You can't leave walker a widower and his daughter motherless, It took them along time to get were they are now. So bring back "WALKER Texas RANGER" in another movie or the series. Please i really don't like the new shows that are on now, especially all those reality shows. Thanks from a loyal fan of walkers!
weatherman5000 I must say this movie is a Mork and Mindy knock off, when watching it i got the chills, I even wet myself a little. When that Korean guy with the spiders in his neck started kicking people i was like oh my lord Asian people smell and suck cause they eat dogs all the time. Any way back on track Chuck had a somewhat terrible performance and lacked the intelligence of a regular non robotic human being. Some people would compare it to his earlier days when he was a car wash analyzer and believed in the holy ghost and the ghost of Christmas past. This movie is so bad I put my new born child in a box and left it in Mr. Norris mailbox. He can raise my kid I'm not letting him into a world where he thinks chuck Norris is a karate expert Ill let him see what that hack is like in real life for the rest of his life.
azazel8831 As far as this movie goes, it was cheesy, and had a lot of action, but would it be a Chuck Norris movie if it wasn't either of the previous. For the guy who wrote his comment on this movie about having no better than an B-grade actor in this movie, you have to consider the time these guys put into Walker during their acting time. Walker lasted for 203 episodes, which for any TV show these days, 100 is a lot. Another note on the actors, a few of them have good credentials, such as Clearance Gilyard (Trivette) was also in Die Hard, one of the greatest movies of all time. Also the actress that play Alex Cahill was one of the other longest lasting TV shows known as Dallas. She came on the set in the final several seasons. I will admit this movie had its downfalls, the ending, and the way Walker threw that guy into the tree limb (Very Awesome by the way). Also the way that Mr. Norris got beaten up pretty bad, but you have to remember that he is pushing the age of 66. They also just can't show him beating up everyone in his path, he hast to get knocked down a few pegs. Also, the reason he has to shoot that crazy Korean dude is because he was throwing knives at Walker from 5 feet away, giving Walker more than enough reason to shoot him. The crazy Asian guy throwing knives symbolizes that he gave up on trying to fight Cordell Walker.
