Reviews

chaofunisawesome Dear god, all of these poor and sad 1-star reviews are made by edgy OG Ben 10 fanboys who pander to the first 3 series and worship it to death. However, this review is going to be a non nostalgia-tard review. So, I remember Ben 10 as a kid and never really liked it. I bought 2 PS2 games and both of them were pretty hard and they both sucked. When I heard a reboot for the show was coming, I was not really excited but I gave it a chance. This CN show is without a doubt, the worst CN show ever, but unlike many other haters (aka nostalgia-tards), I believe this show has redeeming qualities. So let me start out with the bad stuff first.Ben is really annoying, and I mean really annoying. He doesn't stop talking at all, and his voice is even more annoying than a Call of Duty fanboy. The Omni-Tricked special was pretty terrible, as it had many plotholes, like why the hell would Ben get Vilgax's species, and why would Upgrade kill himself? Well, at least it wasn't the disastorous episode, "And Then There Was None" and "And Then There Was Ben" from Ben 10 Omniverse. Most of the episodes' plots are pretty something that Clarence would do, but without the aliens. It also got a pretty bad video game. And finally, both its fanbase and its hatebase. The fanbase makes way too many channels for the reboot and Omniverse, which is a pretty sick obsession, and as for the hatebase, well, why don't you take a tour around the comment sections on Reboot clips and the reviews on IMDb here? Now for the good stuff.Aliens such as Four Arms, Gax, and Shock Rock have pretty cute designs. The animation is amazing and by far one of the CN shows with really good animation. Gwen is a passable character. And finally, at least the reboot had better potential than Omniverse's disastrous sixth season premiere.Honestly, the show isn't really good, and it is pretty terrible, but there is no need to get edgy and start ordering edgy things back to the reboot.
adonis98-743-186503 Ben 10 is the fifth iteration of the Ben 10 franchise. It serves as a reboot of the television series loosely based upon the original series. Ben 10 is a character that i was kinda obsessed once especially with Four Arms and Diamondhead but even my love for those characters didn't stop me from giving this show a 0/10 it's an insult to fans of the Series it's dumb and dull and above all? it's something that i wouldn't let even kids to see. This Cartoon is played threw the Weekends and i saw 2 episodes today the first had a kind of "Twilight" plot with some star that is obsessed with his fans? and the 2nd episode was for some annoying kid that loves juice a lot and has a brother who is obsessed with his cell phone. I mean does that sound good to you? Is this what kids today deserve? is this how the producers see the teens and kids of this Century? Plus the Animation is awful it looked like Family Guy but with Ben 10 in it for some reason, the jokes are pointless and get repeated a lot and the overall "nostalgia" that it tries to catch from the original series? It's pathetic. If there's one good thing about it? Is that i was glad that Four Arms and Diamondhead were in it but on the same time i was disappointed and i can see 100% why fans hated it. And if you want to see a better Ben 10 Animated Series go and watch the Original or Ben 10: Alien Force. (0/10)
devanshjoshi Take a pot, fill it with water, and drown yourself in it!!!I grew up with this show!!!! When I was 9, I couldn't wait for Friday to arrive (because that's when it aired where I lived as a kid) and Friday used to be my most favourite day, and the things I did to be able to watch that half hour!! When children grow up with show in this manner, they develop a deep connection. I had made up my mind at the age of 12 that I was bound to find the omnitrix someday!I watched the complete show during three different age groups in my life over and over again. I played so many of its games, watched its movies, read and wrote fan fiction and researched the past and bio of every single character!!And now during adulthood, I found out there was a reboot! I was so excited! Even after Omniverse, which took a little getting used to, but I still loved it!! I had such high hopes. And then I watched it! It is just sad!! I'm sad, sad that it had to end this way. The show is just sad. I'd rather there hadn't been a reboot. It is just sad!
maenletyler Cartoon Network's been confusing me lately. They keep pumping out reboots with such a little crap, it's kinda sad. This reboot isn't as bad as PPG 2016, but it still isn't good by any means. I hope they realize that kids grow up with their shows, and that makes me sad, knowing that kids obliviously watch these cheap, pathetic reboots made just to sell McDonalds toys. I'm not giving it a 1 because the episodes suck, (they're more lazy and meh) I'm giving it a 1 because the soullessness and lack of heart behind the show. To any kids who see this review 20 years in the future, I'm sorry you grew up with this modern Cartoon Network, with constant re-runs of TTG and their pathetic reboots. I know Cartoon Network is a business, and they need money, but you can make a show good, AND care about money at the same time.
