Reviews

Stefan Zegers Embeds is the story I could relate too. As an avid campaigner this social romcom story about graduates doing reports about a promising candidate gives a smiling inside look what it is like to do campaigning. There are so much stories out there by the thousands of volunteers that assist in campaigning, it was time finally a good story sees the daylight. I only saw the first episode but put it straight in my favorites. There are many story lines going on, which all can be told, as the main focus is the bus on which they travel to each PR-opportunity. It could use a bit more flavor by adding some other focus groups but this team brings around a lot of different backgrounds too. And the cliché's about it are also addressed immediately when waking up in a hotel room with two woman beside you sets the tone for not being politically correct. Freshness it is and I do hope the writers take us on a giant tour through modern day America and address all the cultural differences that binds the Americans together. After all, as a European, i can only smile about their 'imported' status of being morally on the high ground, while loosing all your footing immediately due to scandals. Looking forward for more !
