But as a long running show, not so much.... This show makes me think of Alka-Seltzer, prune juice and afternoon naps. The exchanges Dr. Harrow has with his co-workers are funny but it can't hold a show. The female boss is absolutely useless, if I had an employee like that I would fire his ass (I suppose a female boss was written in for the sake of diversity, but it misses it's mark). Long term show commitment? not for me.

If it doesn't get you in straight away then persist a little. The characters develop nicely as the writers find their stride and the stories gain momentum. Definitely worth a watch.

Harrow is an entertaining detective show. Ioan Gruffudd plays the medical examiner who usually always figures out what is up. There is a secret to Gruffudd's character, which keeps me going back each week to see if all will be revealed. I enjoy this program, it is one of the few new programs that are enjoyable. It isn't American, it's Australian. Is the US losing it's creativity?

In my humble and "not-a-professional" opinion, just several years back, the Australians were able to compete with the British TV dramas' best examples out there. And now I was like "WTF I just had watched?!"The lack of imagination in the script is out-right sinful, the acting is uninspired and substandard. The very thought that there are people who will be paid - or already had been paid most likely, and handsomely, for participating and producing this utter garbage - makes me question the very foundations of this capitalist system withing which we - as Homo Economicus - all function. It's just... Oh, well, you should see it for yourselves. My English command's poor quality keeps me from fully expressing my disappointment at the matter.
