tprowan The writers simply don't get it. It's a science fiction super hero series. Shouldn't the main characters be super heroes? These guys are just DUMB. The bad guys are always better prepared, smarter and more disciplined than the good guys. The bad guys are always two steps ahead, and seem to have a game plan. Adam, a brilliant scientist who can crack the genetic code can't anticipate anything that the bad guys might do and stumbles into 5 traps per episode. Acting = OK Character = OK Special Effects = really good Premise = OK Writing = Makes me think of XMen meets dumb and dumber. Not very satisfying when you know in advance your hero will get his ass kicked and his head handed to him in every episode.

Angelgurl2point0 I think this is a great show I love this show and I totally disagree with what Fortey said.There are a lot of people out there that would disagree with Fortey.I have gone to a lot of posting boards and there are a lot of people out there who think Mutant X is great all over the world.The actors and not bad they are great and the plot is good too.So for anyone who thinks this show is terrible well I don't care what you think I love this show and thats all I need!Thats your opinion and well this is my all well if you don't like it tough luck.I would recommend this show and you will see it's great.All I can say is this show is great.MX LIVES

GGagliardi This was the best scifi show on Saturdays on WB CH.11 and its not fair that their not continuing the season,they left the last season open and you would think there would be a conclusion.I have all the DVD's and love the show there should be some way to protest against taking good shows off.I really wanted a Season 4 not reruns of the best sci fi show now my Saturdays are all messed up because there's nothing good to watch because they have left us hanging.The story lines of mutant x were excellent it was full of adrenaline and now they have impaired our right to finish a great series.Not fair I say Not fair,All the characters on mutant x were great actors so why stop the best show.

Shari I liked X-Men the cartoon and I like this show. That's apparently weird and wrong to many people. The plots explore a lot of issues about genetic testing and the consequences of trying to play God. Ultimately, we screw ourselves up and create a race that we want to get rid of because they're more powerful. It's the human weakness to want to run things but then can't control it and get in over our head. Anyone who came on Xena, I'll watch their shows. Hence I watch Mutant X for V. Pratt because she played Cyane on Xena and Sarge on Cleo 2525. The show is good though. Adam is starting to make a comeback (saw that coming) and Emma's gone. I'm happy about that. She had no personality and was just annoying. Her powers were cool though. The show's premise is Adam, a geneticist, who takes in 4 powerful mutants to help them control their powers and to fight to protect all mutants. Shalimar, the feral, who's very territorial and protective of the crew; Jesse, the masser/phaser, can walker through walls or become one and is a little naive, but he's coming out of that. They usually have him staying at Sanctuary doing computer tricks and he never gets any action. Brennan, the electric guy, can electrocute things and is a playboy, but has a sweet side. Basic pretty boy, but he and Shal may have something going on. And Lexa, new to the group. She can bend light to become invisible and to form a laser, ouch! She works for the secret gov't group The Dominion, but she's got her ow agenda and may be as much out of the loop as Mutant X. Adam's coming back to run things because I think he was betrayed. Anywho, great show. Good concepts. I lost touch with it for awhile, but I like where I'm at now. Watch it.
