You canceled Family Guy for this?Threw Futurama in the trash to make room for this piece of crap? C'mon...This show is just awful. Its so cliché. you got the goth, the dumb blonde, the kid who thinks hes hot but not,the jock, and the oddball. The plot for each show consists of each of these kids going to a dance or some social gathering. It tries too hard and fails. Even the laugh-track can't conjure up a few giggles. Its just not that great.I feel bad for Andy Richter. He should have never left "Late Night". Hes had nothing but failure ever since; he has so much potential. Someone please give him a decent job. Please? In short, I believe that this show marks the end of the sitcom era(which went out with the start of the new century). Once Seinfeld ended, nothing but crap came.My 2 cents.

I have always been a critic of movies and television. Ever since I was a small child, I could watch a TV show or a movie and decide for myself if it was "GOOD" or "BAD" or "Just O.K." In this intense, scary world that we live in, "QUINTUPLETS" is the perfect remedy for the blues! Why the "reviews" for this show have been so bad, I'll never know. Andy Richter's hilarity is used to perfect effect, especially in his scenes with Patton (Ryan Pinkston) and Pierce (Johnny Lewis), who are the funniest of the Quints, which also includes Penny, Paige, and Parker. I think that people who write in and trash this show are either depressed and unhappy in their own lives, or they are wide-eyed right-wing fanatics wondering what happened to "Leave It To Beaver." Didn't you love the episode where Patton joined the cheerleading squad so that he could be close to the girls, but later quit because he got an erection during every practice? PRICELESS! If you don't find humor in this show, switch over to PAX and watch repeats of "DR. QUINN, MEDICINE WOMAN."

Okay, it's not the best show in the world. It's not even close to being the best show on this summer. But for anyone out there whose main complaint is that it's not believable because the kids are too different and look nothing like their parents, all I can say is that if you're looking for realism, maybe you need to start watching the History Channel. No one watches a Fox sitcom so they can turn it off afterwards and think, "Well, that was realistic. Very satisfying in its ability to be not at all off-the-wall." Well, it turns out maybe they do.The show itself needs some work. The jokes are often too obvious, and sometimes "goofy" fails to equal "funny". But it's reasonably addictive, and, overall, a good way to spend a half-hour without having to think or really do anything except just enjoy the simplicity of it all. And maybe it'll get more clever this fall.

I have seen a couple of episodes of this show and all I can say is, "Why? Why, Andy?"First off, I am sick of the hot wife/below average looking husband theme that is plaguing sitcoms (According to Jim, King of Queens). Another thing that makes this show a crapbox is the writers decided that we are all a bunch of idiots. We are to believe that among a group of 5 children, WITHIN THE SAME FAMILY, each one is a bad Hollywood sterotype? Please. I would like to think that I am a little more intelligent than that. Also, the "pretty" daughter's acting is beyond horrible - but I guess that just goes to show that if you have a pretty face and a hot ssa then you can find work in Hollywood. The writing and cast is so bad that it's even bringing Richter down to their level! The only real bright spot is the one that plays Patton. At least he knows how to make he's crappy lines funny.2/10...at it's best.
