ZinQ Right from the start, just wanted more. Cannot understand the low IMDb score. Really different new show with several of my favourite actors. Bring it on!
didiguire It's so hard to keep up with new shows that are added and know what's going to be good. But I found this show on Hulu and LOVE it.. I hope it isn't too late and I hope it's renewed!!
mksmith1 OK, I want to be fair to this show in a review so lets look at the good first. Overall the show takes on a fresh idea about future tech abilities and the problems it could bring into human lives. For that part I give it an A+. Now, the bad news for the show. The story lines should be a lot more exciting. I know if I could have my own fantasy world it wouldn't be anything like the world we live in today. And that is the problem with Reverie. If it comes back next season they better come up with more exciting fantasy worlds for the people wanting to stay in them!
rustykirsten I enjoy the show. I think the primary characters are very interesting and well-acted. The concept of escaping reality is fascinating. I note the comments here about the show being boring, and I completely disagree. Just because there are no gunfights, explosions, or sounds that blast you out of your seat doesn't mean a show is boring. I just now watched last week's Pas de Deux, which was wonderful, and emotional, and opens up interesting questions for future episodes. Maybe it's too complex -- there is so much going on -- so many plot lines and complications, but I'm loving it.
