darthmoose-92270 RWBY is absolutely amazing and we should all be happy that Monty Oum left us with such an inspiring masterpiece and it is the perfect mixture of anime and western animations. I have been a fan of it for about a year now and it is now one of my favourite shows, it has amazing fight scenes, great and realistic dialogue, amazing music (thanks Jeff Williams), and shows tremendous character growth and development. I don't want to get into details due to the endangerment of spoilers but give it a chance, watch a few episodes then start to form your opinion, let it take you on the adventure and you will be thankful, trust me. Overall I give it a 9.7/10.
Bryn Stevens This is such a good show. I don't know why, but this show just works for me.The fight scenes are amazing and this show got me hooked on Rooster Teeth. Each volume keeps getting better, the animation, the voice acting and the story. I'm probably making it sound better then it is because I just love it to death.
Stephen-851-597745 The script is sh*t, the characters are sh*t, the fandom is sh*t, the normal animation in the first season is sh*t, the choreography after Oum died is sh*t, nothing makes sense and everything contradicts itself, and somehow people enjoy it. RWBY is a thing you turn your brain off for and watch the fight scenes. The issue is that the fight scenes have been going down in quality since Monty died. After seeing the Volume 3 clip i can't help but just want to punch my monitor in after seeing how stiff and rigid the animation is on everyone and at this point its starting to drag the quality of the show down. For anyone who wants to argue that the story is the redeeming factor i feel the need to point out that the show is heavily reliant on visuals to tell its story more so than the actual dialogue. The fight scenes seem to play a massive part in telling whats going on but the more i see them, the more the stiff and incredibly rigid nature of the rigs being used stands out.
Tharanak Appears to starts as a semi-professional comedy series, and hides it's true colours throughout the first two volumes, where the more serious tones and emotional moments are few and far between, but in volume three and beyond it really shines, with mature storytelling, and a much darker tone. The characters and location are fairly unique, with characters especially receiving development, becoming both three-dimensional personalities, and all are either likable, or 'love-to-hate.'The animation is only good where it needs to be at first, getting better into volume two, and hitting a high standard for volume three. Likewise, the voice acting improves considerably as it progresses. The soundtrack is amazing throughout, and is worth a listen by itself.
