rfs-17769 It's really a shame that these fantastic performers are submitted to the kind of trash low class crappy low class talk that these judges are puking out ! And furthermore I'm really surprised her at Meghan Trainor, I cannot believe she's part of this crap! It's unfortunate that shows like this air at all ! it's a shame I'm sorry for the performers who are most of all very talented ! I'm out!
johnkerher The hosts are silly, trying to make the best of a really bad format. The format is biased, unfair, and simply stupid. No and I mean NO, really, really good artists are going to waste time and subject themselves to this. You should instead have the contestants draw straws to challenge someone. The only time, and I mean the ONLY time a real vote takes place seems to be when the audience votes, but even that seems like it could be rigged pretty easily on this show. I think its totally rigged by the producers, trying to do all they can to make the show seem exciting and challenging, but it just falls flat.BUT, if you like a lot of smack talking from a bunch of adult sized children, this may be your cup of tea!
wakeuphater-89754 This show is incredible if you understand music. The talent they bring every week is above any other show. Diddy and Khaled are hysterical together and Meagan is adorable. The judges keep it real and dont sugar coat it to appease their fans.
Fuggit1 I have seen every single episode of the first season, so I can say that I've experienced sufficient content to make a very informed decision. The whole show feels extremely forced and not organic. Sure, these type of shows have a decent amount of scripted and unoriginal content, but this show takes the cake. For example Diddy introduces an excruciatingly forced catchphrase "Eat!", but took it on himself to make it a catchphrase instead of letting it actually become one. And Khalid, please put down the air horn! The judges and Fergie are really not very likable. I went in really liking Meghan Trainor, but she exposed a very important flaw of the show - the fact that the judges are extremely able to manipulate the competition. That being said, she didn't deserve the Jason Warrior set-down. I knew that guy was a manipulative slimeball the first moment I saw him.Aaaaannd then there's the whole auto-tune issue. This show is definitely auto-tuned. Sadly, this is a HUGE problem. People become fans thinking that these people are more talented than they actually are.Honestly I wasn't going to write a review, then I found out that this was renewed for a second season. Wow. Did the executives only look at the viewership without actually looking at the content?
