nikandkin You know diary of a wimpy kid 1 was Bad but since rowley is a likeable character i dont think it is Awful. Diary of a wimpy kid 2 Was okay Diary of a wimpy kid 3 was Also fine. Now this film, This is the Worst movie i ever watched the story is NOTHING is like the book the. animation is terrible. the characters are REPLACED and rowley is not a main character #notmyrowley. Its a nightmare of a movie based of a book. 1/10

Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul is the 4th installment of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid Franchise and without a doubt it's the worst one of them all it's Jaws 4: The Revenge kind of bad from the awful and over the top acting to the awful dialogue and of course plot which there isn't any actually. Plus i've never seen worse acting from kids in years like this film has from the main character to his brother and beyond and the whole "diaper hands" joke wasn't even that funny jeez and it goes on forever and ever. The only thing i liked was Alicia Silverstone's performance she was at least acting and she is an OK actress in general plus this film is way worse than Batman and Robin at least that movie was funny. badohenry Now I did knock off one star for the switch up of the actors. But other than that this was a family friendly movie! I seen it and I did laugh at a few scenes. I thought it was pure garbage when I saw the trailer, but it's not. I enjoy the plot, though I'd prefer the book. I mean come on, don't listen to the other reviews! Consider watching it! It's pretty decent!

Mr-Fusion Even I have to laugh at the #notmyrodrick uproar. It's the silver lining in all of this. "The Long Haul" is atrocious, a dumbed-down sequel that tosses out the series' charms for the cheap gags. It's got DTV written all over it, which does not do the book justice. And it was a great book!It was about six months ago that we saw the trailer for this in the theater. Tom Everett Scott and Alicia Silverstone start jamming to The Spice Girls' "Wannabe", and a kid in the back of the theater asks, "Mommy, what are they saying?". That moment was funnier than anything in the movie. 3/10
