Michael Ledo Elliot (Richard Alan Reid) is an unemployed British graduate who gets roped into going to scenic Bismark, North Dakota by his over sexed mother (Beverly D'Angelo). His mother is going to marry an American named Michaelson (Kevin P. Farley- Resurrecting the Beverly Hills Ninja). Elliot goes on a road trip from Bismark to Boulder, Co. for a frat party and meets a girl. This is basically a teenage sex party film without teenagers or nudity. The humor is crude and at times tries too hard for laughs as with the TVs. Joey (Brendan Michael Coughlin) provided us with the best lines as well as the worst. Elizabeth De Razzo was a wasted character and the film might have been better off without the chubbies. Danny Trejo had a small, but speaking part befitting of his character. Worth passing over for something else. Guide: F-word. Sex. No nudity.
natcalgary Good acting and a few hillarous parts made up for some of the dumber jokes. A solid 6.1.Is it just me or does Chris Farley's brother try to hard to be like him????
kalanid-92150 Me being a 15 year old boy my opinion of this movie was great. I think this movie would appeal more to teenagers like me and not to older people who have watched movies very similar to this such as animal house. I don't know very much about acting but the acting was great and there were moments in the movie that were extremely funny and moments where the jokes were ok. Some parts of the movie had kind of cheesy parts, but they managed to work comedy in there. I watched this movie on a website and have watched it 3 times so far in the past 24 hours (which i do not think is normal at all).
nowego This type of movie has been done over and over since about the 70's. Animal House (1978) comes to mind. I tried very hard to like this and watched it to the bitter end, but failed. Watch for the bloopers during the credits, they were the funniest part of the movie. Two stars for the acting, while the antics at times were infantile, the acting really was pretty good. There was nothing wrong with how the actors acted, the problem was what they did and said while doing it.The third star is for the sporadic moments that I actually laughed, unfortunately they were not often enough for what could have been a pretty good movie.Brendan Michael Coughlin's character really sucked the most and he probably should stick to Days of Our Lives.Avoid this if you don't like infantile and toilet humour.
