Jithin K Mohan The film tackles the subject of ludicrous education industry of India and the class division. With wonderful performances from Irrfan Khan, Saba Qamar and Deepak Dobriyal, the film entertains with the focus on how and what Indians regard as classy. But the film never reaches its full potential, it touches a lot of areas but doesn't expand on it. There are a lot of problems in both government and private schools other than just the admission parts which are not focused but out of ignorance(?) glorified.

rath-dilip With the utter non-sense of movies plaguing Bollywood these days, it was a fresh breeze to watch this gem of a movie. Really brings back my faith that Bollywood still has people who know the art of telling a story.If you have not watched this, take my word and watch it. You will not regret.

faisaltarar-31979 That movie was remained in my laptop for two weeks. As i have just watched it . It reflects the true side of our society of sub-continent ( Pakistan and India ) which is divided in 1947. I really don't know the policy makers who have tried to break us apart due to English. In Pakistan people make fun of those people who can't speak English Language. It is used to describe more to a standard/class than a language. If you are a native to sub-continent then it's a must watch movie. Secondly , it also describes the standards/class in another point pf poverty. A poor is ready to do anything for the sake of humanity. But a Rich is more selfish. So, i came to end in the way of 'Humanity'. We should be a good human.

curiousmolar I can't understand why people like it.I am not giving it 1 out of 10 because I want to balance the score. This movie Deserve Zero stars and since it is not available, I have to use the other option.This movie is Packed with the worst acting of Irrfan Khan. other I don't even know their name so, why bother.And when I say Acting is bad. I mean Really really really BAD.But the story is Worst of all.And Not even a single funny moment. This movie is Trash. Not even a single funny moment. A cliché story. So, here it goes. 'Hindi Medium' Synopsis: A couple from Chandni Chowk aspire to give their daughter the best education and thus try be a part of and accepted by the elite of Delhi.Now, The mother is quite annoying. And have a lot of Inferiority complex. She is talking to her daughter in only Hindi Language.And expect her daughter to suddenly become bi Lingual and sending her to an elite English Medium school is the way to go.Are you Kidding me.And the Elite school will not take her in because of some weird reason.Come on, if you can through that expensive party then you can buy your child a decent education in this world. Is it that difficult to get through your thick skull. And the ending is even preposterous. Are you trying to make fun of Government school then it is fine.But, You need to understand that their is no way With the limited resources at their disposal They could even think of giving that kind of performance on stage.Studying at an average Government School in India is not a decision anyone will make for their children.It's just utter waste of time.You do realize the Teacher are not well paid at those school and hence Children are force to join so, called Coaching Institute. Just to memorize Basic stuff to pass the Class.Well, I guess the people who pay to watch this movie didn't realize that fact. Anyway Happy living in your Bubble People. just forget about reality it doesn't matter anyway.
