Synopsis

In Los Angeles, two rival gang leaders are also trying to be music producers. When DJ's equipment shorts out and Lonzo is cut out of the action by a record producer, the two join forces, which also requires a tentative peace between gangs. With backing from Gator, a smooth New Orleans drug king, DJ and Lonzo start dealing, organizing their gangs into pushers. Just as their finances are looking up, one of Gator's team pulls a double cross and two of DJ and Lonzo's gang bangers start a shooting war. Can the erstwhile music producers salvage anything of their bond or their plans?

H-MAN-3 I bought this movie about a year and a half ago and this flick was just what it would be.Mack 10 & Fat Joe are gang rivals who just happen to have a lot in common & more! If you're a fan of "Ghetto Cinema",check it out, though the excessive profanity was a little much, but what do you expect?
dave1x I was highly impressed by the interesting and realistic storyline. This is a small budget film. However, it gives no indication of budget constraints. In fact, not many high budget urban drama films are as well done as this pièce de résistance. The writers and screenwriters seem to have created a film that moves effortlessly from attention grabbing cinematic dialog to gritty and realistic action with equal aplomb. I am very impressed with this film by Mack 10 who is also a very impressive rapper.
CyX Well watched this last night and although it was ok i found myself nodding off a few times. If you are into films where every 3rd word is nigga' this and nigga' that, then you will love this. Ice cube's screen presence in this lasts as long as it does in the trailer.. Only a few mins. Overall this film was ok and helped me into becoming a wannabe G!
pdunn98 Got this movie on DVD, it's hot! Mack-10 and Fat Joe are spectacular in their roles, and with supporting roles from Ice Cube and Big Pun (RIP) just add to the excellence of this film. Many probably wouldn't think anything of this movie, but then tension between the different gangs and the ending of this film is just superb... I highly recomend this to hip hop fans.
