I haven't very crisp recollections of this show airing here in Italy, too. I remember, however, that gossip revolved around catering to teen audience (boys drooling after girls star, girls drooling after the boy stars ). Another "school" or "teenage" telepicture among tons of US TV clutter during the almighty 80s. I remember watching the show from time to time, and being completely clueless, except to the fact Pollyanna was the school teacher. Very mild, canned stories and the usual carefree, jolly atmosphere of 1980s sit-coms. Some of the characters looked like complete idiots, but I was shocked watching the subsequent series: the blond boy had grown a jaw he could grind coconuts with...barely recognizable. The rest is the usual US formula...the blond boy, the African girl, the Mexican boy, the clownish nerd... Forgotten.

It's funny that it says if you like Good Morning Miss Bliss, you'll like "Alf". Has anyone on "Miss Bliss" been caught smoking crack on hidden camera lately like the father on "Alf"? LOL. Sorry to say I never got turned on to "Alf". Although Alf is better looking than anyone else on that show. Anyway, "Miss Bliss" could have been worse. Although I never saw the point to the show, I saw less of a point that Joan Ryan (Tina Paladrino) was on that show. What a goof. Hayley Mills should have thought twice. Dennis Haskins is a talented actor and also should have thought twice. I suppose he had to get his start somewhere. It was weird seeing the exact same school go from Indiana to California. "Saved By The Bell" was much more entertaining. It was even more entertaining to see that Slater never outgrew the mullet the entire time.

Okay, so this show wasn't that great, but I hope everyone realizes that this was the show responsible for the launch of Saved By The Bell, one of the most awesome Saturday morning shows that I must say I and everyone I know watched religiously as we were growing up. :DI just wish I could see more episodes of it. I only get to see it occasionaly when they venture into the earliest episodes of the show which older Zach usually narrates the beginning of (renamed Saved By the Bell and played now in syndication as if they had been normal episodes of the SbtB series).Oh, and Saved by the Bell: The New Class was terrible!!!Long live Zach, Kelly, Lisa, Screech, AC, Jessie, and Mr. Belding! hehe

I never liked this show and there was also no point to it. The show was just about a junior high teacher named Miss Bliss who would just teach her students a different life lesson in each episode. They were great lessons but to preachy. What also bothered me is that this show was for kids and the majority of the time you could relate more to the teacher than to the students. Which leads to my next point, Lisa was pointless, Zack and Screech were okay, and everyone else sucked!
