I used to watch the nick show all that and i thought that Amanda's performance was really great. She was really funny and entertaining. But then All That lost all of it's original cast members (and got HORRIBLE new ones)so i was very disappointed. But then the Amanda show was on air and i was back to my same happy TV watching. This show is REALLY REALLY great and entertaining. I love the Penelope skits with Amanda acting as her number one fan. Also the one skit where all the students have super powers like the rhyming power. haha. also judge Trudy was hilarious. All around this show is amazingly funny and entertaining. Amanda Bynes is so sweet, talented and hilarious.I'm 16 and i still LOVE it. I just wish that it didn't go off air. I am ordering the dvds off line. This show is REALLY great in every way and i think that every young person or even older person should give this show a chance. It will always be one of my favorites.

OK, while this show didn't even hit me until I was way out of it's demographic, I did watch it a few times (child at heart and all that), and I recall actually laughing a few times. Now, granted I have to look at the target demographic to see if the show was a good show for everyone else involved, but for me, I felt that it was like a young person's version of the old Carol Burnett show or the like. The skits were fairly funny, considering the age group it was designed for, and they were all fairly creative.I think the part that I actually really enjoyed, which is a little weird, was the theme music. It was so catchy that I still get the little 'Amanda amanda amanda show' part stuck in my head to this date. So, for the young and the young at heart, I'd recommend giving it a chance to see if it's your bag.

I have seen this show and was highly offended at the "hillbilly" segments. I am so sick of mountain people being portrayed as stupid. I suppose most of the small children who watch this would think I am stupid because I live in Appalachia. Probably a lot of adults think the same thing.......sheesh! It's no wonder that mountain people are looked down upon and sneered at by so many people. I happen to be proud of my mountain heritage and where I am from. For years I have seen this type of thing go on in the media. So, you may think it's all in fun, but when you are on the receiving end it's not so much fun and certainly not funny at all.

I've just seen half an episode of this "show", and after the first 5 minutes I really wanted to get up and do something (anything) else. Maybe that's the point after all, right...? :)The Knock Knock scenes were stupid, and it all got worse when the substitute teacher began to torture himself, along with the kids in front of the TV, as I can imagine. I don't really think that TV shows like this could have any impact on the audience (like, agressive behavior or something), but maybe it's not the best idea to show people hurting themselves or others in a program meant for 2 to 5 year old children (I hope that's the age group. I truly hope. :) )I don't have children, but I advise all parents whos kid watches this crap, that sit in front of the TV, watch it for 5 minutes, then take the poor kid outdoors, or spend some time with him instead of making him see this again. :)Too bad we can't rate TV shows, 'cos on any scale you name, it'd still worth a -1 (or less, if you like :) ). Stupid from tip to toe.
