mfl-05706 Overall, I enjoyed Valor quite a bit. It flowed well and did produce genuine suspense throughout the short series, getting me to go back for more at every free moment I had. Having just recently become a military officer, I found a lot of parallels between the series and the lessons our instructors were instilling in us during our training (though Valor could be a bit heavy-handed with its military-isms at times).With that said, however, there were a number of ways in which I felt as though Valor did not accurately depict military life, culture and standards. stacywoodruff-95747 Reading all the reviews makes me think what the heck! So he has a beard, and his hair touches his collar, so freaking what!! I love the character of Gallo!! When I watch medical shows I could pick out soooo many mistakes, but I don't, just try to watch the show and remember it's TV, entertainment! It's not going to be 100% accurate!

sixzerodriver Seal Team, Six, The Brave... and this dumpster fire of a show. One of these things is not like the other. This is a saying we have in the military, when someone in the formation is jacked up, but they don't realize it. This is a good outside example to apply this reference to.The other shows have some semblance of realism, the worst out of those 3 being The Brave, being that it borders on the preposterous, but this Valor show... man this takes the cake. Perhaps it's because I am an Army Warrant who flies 60s that I'm so critical, but I can easily remove myself from that viewpoint and objectively say this is terrible writing, no character is likable, just poorly done all around, but as an Army Aviator this show not only makes me not wanna watch but it pisses me off it exists.Cancel this crap. I'm certain the actors have no idea how ridiculous they look... someone should read them this.
