Tommy’s planned activities include rock-star class, miniature golf and of course, a bachelor party for Rachel’s fiancé, Adam. The trail leads to a confrontation at a charity auction Roxie’s throwing for her personal cause: Keckinger’s.

EP6 We Are Family Dec 15, 2012

Tommy’s father, Jack, a larger-than-life ladies man, is back in town. Usually that means a couple of nights of drinking and hell-raising. Only this time he’s here to tell Tommy’s he’s getting married…for the sixth time. To make sure he’s not making another mistake, Tommy sets out to prove to his dad via temptation he’s incapable of being a "one-woman" man. Meanwhile, Rutherford has a blogger shadow her in hopes the story will help her compete with a rival wedding planner. Of course it’s the same week a bride, whose dream wedding Roxie’s been planning, reveals she has everything picked out – except an actual groom.

EP7 I Don't Wanna Grow Up Dec 22, 2012

Rutherford books Mother of the Bride to play the corporate event for a big new client: Crate & Crockery Kids. The problem It's where Eddie works, and his conservative boss, Hank (guest star Kurtwood Smith) doesn't know his up-and-coming vice president rocks out on weekends. Things get especially dicey when Hank asks Eddie to plan the event with his wife (guest star Wendy McLendon-Covey) and even worse when Eddie's office rival, Cooper, (guest star Ryan Hansen) discovers Eddie's secret.

EP8 99 Problems Jan 05, 2013

Mother of the Bride is hired to play a divorce party, but there's a sentimental catch. The couple splitting up is the same couple that hired the band to play their first wedding. EP9 Personal Universe Jan 12, 2013

While playing Oktoberfest, Mother of the Bride is approached by a fan, rock star Declan Horn. Declan wants to hang out with them, but in a lesson of "never meet your idol," the band has to contain Declan after he lets his inner-rock animal out at their next event: a Sweet 16 party.

EP10 End of the World As We Know It Jan 19, 2013

After a falling-out with Rutherford, the guys are recruited by Roxie’s rival event planner – and former assistant – Emily Corgy to play an "End of the World" party. The guys don’t feel good about the career move after learning Tommy and Emily have started dating. Worlds collide when they learn the event they’re scheduled to play has been double-booked with another "End of the World" party thrown by Rutherford. Even worse, it’s headlined by Mother of the Bride’s rival – the Def Leppard tribute band Armageddon It. It’s a recipe for disaster.

golfven26 Really liked this show. Great cast and story line. Very upset to hear it is cancelled. it was on a poor time slot to reach the targeted audience. TBS should seriously consider running this show on a different night. Will miss the laughs from this fantastic show. The show was interesting and not like any other on any network. The actors played fantastic roles. Most 18-49 year olds are not homebodies and usually are it at home to view this type of show on a Saturday night. Great show, poor planning by TBS. please consider re running this show. Maybe not so many repeats of other shows in order to make a better time slot. Would be a poor decision to cancel this show.
jambalayaval55 This very funny show has great music too. Four guys who might never otherwise be friends are the house band for the stereotypical wedding/event planner - slash - party Nazi. They get to live out their adolescent fantasies: (semi) rock star status, hot and cold running groupies ... or at least the occasional bridesmaid, adventures and a paycheck to boot. The clients and their demands are as ridiculous as their counterparts on the reality bridal/Sweet 16/housewives shows. Some of these antics are actually true in the daily lives of event planners, but mostly it's just good fun (but not for a kiddie audience). Love the guest stars (like James Marsters), the outrageous capers (like grave robbing) and the band's occasion-appropriate costumes (like leiderhosen for Oktoberfest). You don't have to be a 14-year-old nerd boy to like this show! Hope it gets enough audience to stay on the air.
Little_C OK, bare with me, because a) this is my first review here, and b) I'm not a native English speaker. We (my wife and I) have seen 5 episodes so far, and the thing that stands out for me is that the stories are fun, lighthearted and for people who played in a cover band at times very recognizable. The lead singer who tries to pull all the girls, the goof-ball (in this case the drummer), the new guy (bass-player) and the guy who tries to keep the things in order (remarkebly the lead guitarist). Also the way the new guy gets initiated and taken into the band is funny and very true.A hats off for the people who choose the music in the episodes; very cool songs, and very cool covers. And for the people who don't like BAG; just try it, you won't be disappointed.
suzcook62 I saw a nice review of this show in Entertainment Magazine and checked it with On Demand. It is funny, trendy and very enjoyable. I have been a Brian Austin Green fan since his days on Knots Landing in the '80s (totally showing my age!); Ha! I was also excited to see Melora Hardin (crazy Jan from The Office) and the rest of the cast is also great. It is getting difficult to find any shows on TV that are not full of blood and gore and this show is simply fun to watch and nobody gets hurt. There also seems to be a nice mix of familiar songs and well as some new, catchy tunes. This is a great show and I am looking forward to the rest of the season and hopefully several seasons thereafter.
