Leofwine_draca THE AMAZING BULK is an astonishingly bad superhero indie comedy that takes place against a series of computer generated backgrounds, like in the old PHANTASMAGORIA video game from the 1990s but nowhere near as good or effective. Various non-actors appear and ham it up while one of them turns into a purple Hulk spoof and goes on a rampage in a scene entirely animated by lame CGI. This stuff might have passed muster in a kid's virtual reality TV show circa 1990 but in the modern day it's just pathetic.

Java_Joe This shows up on a lot of worst movies lists and I can see why but don't kid yourself, this isn't a movie. This is a cry for attention. The creator wants people to believe that this is a spoof. He wants us to believe that he did this on purpose. The fact is he probably went out of his way to make a "movie" but he just failed to put in any effort. The story itself is pretty much a retelling of The Incredible Hulk. You have a scientist who creates a formula that adds muscle. He injects himself and in times of great stress turns into a purple abomination they dub The Amazing Bulk. He has a girlfriend. He wants to marry her but her military man father doesn't like him. As I said, it's just the Hulk.What you'll see in this movie is that it's very shoddily done. Everything is shot in front of a green screen. And I mean everything. This is because the director just got whatever royalty free CGI images and animations and used them in his movie then built the story around them. This is why we see a green troll walking through a cave. This is why we see a leprechaun. This is why there's a castle. And this is why we have a creature called The Amazing Bulk. Images and animations are used and reused throughout the movie. For example the evil scientist heads down to his lab and there, in the corner, is a CGI monkey playing with a toy rocket. There's no reason for it to be there. There's no explanation why it's there. It's just there because the director got it and decided to use it. The entire movie is made up of things like this. And of course people shifting their weight from one side to the other in front of a green screen to make it seem like they're walking. That happens a lot. All in all this really has no reason to exist. It's not funny in a so bad it's good kind of way. It's not enjoyably bad. It's just bad. Give this one a pass.

AmazingBulkLover21 Best film I have ever seen and really is worth a watch. I think that the film was a great parody of the Amazing Hulk and it really does capture the excitement from the famous Superhero film.It was mostly made in Unity making it a very low budget film and I think that the director, under the circumstances, managed to make something amazing using his low budget and a bunch of Unity assets.General Darwin really was the best character in the entire film. He expressed emotion well and deserves multiple awards for his role in the film. His hate of dust was expressed perfectly through the way he acted and his sudden role reversal at the end made the film very exciting to watch. I gave the film a 10/10 since it was a great watch with amazing characters, gripping storytelling and some amazing scenes- including the chase scene and the bit where the monkey hi-jacks a rocket.10/10 worth a buy and a watch

zb15169 The amazing bulk is a recent addition to a line of intentionally made Z movies. After I heard about it from another reviewer and heard about all the stock animation I tried to make a drinking game out of it; every time I saw a stock animation I took a drink, I had to stop very quickly for my own safety. as for the rest of the film it's a compilation of stock animations, garbage acting and Halloween costumes being used as a wardrobe. The movie tries to be a Z movie but fails at that, It's a junk film that will soon be lost to obscurity where it belongs, The Amazing Bulk is most certainly one to avoid.
