mitsubishizero I remember this show as a kid and I thought it was funny! the characters were likable and the episodes were great. Enough said.
tommypezmaster Catscratch is the best thing to come out of Nickeloden, including Wayne Knight. This show doesn't just appeal to Maoris and PI's. some people love it, and they're all aussies. At first glimpse I admit it seems a little crude, but it grows enormously on you. Also, to correct something that one of the other critics has said In_Correct (Tv.com) doesn't say "Does that mean you're homo now?" he says "Does that mean you're homo, owww?" This is his phrase in the show. Mr. Blik is, i think, the funniest of all like Peww-Weww's PlayhouseFirstly, I'll admit that the early episode were a bit good. But after a while the episodes became great! And just when the series had found it's surreal, whacky ...Nickelodeon cancels it!I know Nick is meant for kids, but every once in a while a brilliant show appears that can be enjoyed by teenagers and adults. These shows include Mr. Bean the Animated Series, Charlie Brown, Pelswick, Rocko's Modern Life (at times), and Invader Zim. All of these must have been considered too good, with the exception of CatDog, 'cause Nick felt the need to cancel them. What I like the famous final episode, where Gordon fight a duck.I'd also like to see a DVD, with plenty of audio-commentaries and behind-the-scenes docos, and including the final episode. But of course, what I'd definitely like to see is the show come back on the air. Wake up NICK!I wish there was a list somewhere on the internet with all the gag closing-credits. That would be great.
someoneunknown10 This show is absolutely BRILLIANT. I am a HUGE InvaderZim fan, and hearing Kevin's voice as Waffle dragged me into the show. The humor is light, definitely for kids/teens alike, and the characters are brilliant! Mr. Blik is the perfect Ren/Cat (Catdog), Waffle is the perfect Dog (Catdog), and Gordon is a mix of a wiser Stimpy/Dib. The theme song is catchy, and the story line is a original. Yeah, cliché characters, but they're twisted around into old school Nick style! <3 It comes second in my heart next to InvaderZIM. It's not like all the crappy adultish cartoons/shows they have on Nick now.. a definite Nicktoons treat.. It's a wonderful show, I definitely recommend it! 10 stars!
angeleyes1105 This show is so funny! period. Some people may not agree, but I think this cartoon has some great potential. The voice actors are amazing with Wayne Knight as the dastardly Mr. Blick (I love his important hat!), Kevin McDonald as the weird and wacky Waffles, and of course my favorite voice actor, Rob Paulsen, as the honorable and loyal Gordon. With Maurice LaMarche as Hovis the butler, this show has great people that will make it last. Plus, the stories and one-liners are way to funny. But the only way you'll know for sure is if you check it out for yourself.Watch it. Know it. Love it!CATSCRATCH! :)10 Stars, for sure.
