Yeah this show is just getting thrashed by the people who watch FOX too much. FOX loves to dumb down shows so EVERYONE can understand EVERY humorous situation, so I can see why 90% of the funny moments can go over your head if you can't relate or understand all the context to the funny lines which make it funny. Takes a little bit of thinking almost. To my fellow lovers of the legendary comedies like scrubs or always sunny, you will definitely love this show.If your definition of really funny is how i met your mother (which is one of the better hold your hand laugh track programs, ill admit) and you sit there wondering why some people in your life quote always sunny like religion when it "doesn't even make sense" then you should probably avoid this showoh oh and enough with the malcom in the middle comparisons. breaking the fourth wall is just that, its not malcom in the middling

So I started to watch the show with good spirits(yes a slightly tipsy and ready for some good comic entertainment)...but as I went on further to watch a few more episodes I started to sober up. How? Because this show is made for a mindless nut who has nothing better to do. No real ideas in the show. It's just absolutely absurd as waiting for Godot. Who wrote this script? The situations on the show are mind numbing and silly. I think it was made for and by a 5 year old. Where is this show trying to fit itself really? So they covered the basics like 3 dudes a girl and an apartment clubbed either ridiculous situations clubbed with a romance between the main character and a fellow apartment resident. So you got all the ingredients that a show should have...but unfortunately it has no direction and is nothing but absurd and a real joke of a show. End story- definitely not worth your time. You may make it through 2 episodes but once you go further it gets dumber and dumber till your brain hurts.

Based on the previews, I thought this was a scripted version of Jack Ass. A couple months later, I noticed it on Hulu, and decided to give it a look. Color me surprised. Not only is it not in the least like Jack Ass, it's a pretty well written comedy that, while not really breaking new ground, does a very good job of repackaging elements in an entertaining way that feels fresh. The first, and so far, only, episodes have been a nice treat after a long day.Wow. Apparently, my review isn't long enough, so I'll risk blocking by trying to expand it, without adding anything more. Why? Because I think I pretty much summed it up. Surprisingly good show.

I've seen a few episodes so far of this series, and pretty amusing. It seems a little "deja vu" though since didn't Fox do a similar show to this about ten years ago or so called "Free Ride"-?? That may not have been the only one. This show pertains to a twenty-something character (the titular "Cooper Barrett"), and, along with his live-in buddies, his fight for survival in the post-higher education environment. He occasionally must go beg his older bro (really the only actor I recognize on this show so far- "The Hangover"'s Justin Bartha) for help, but mostly must think of creative ways to get out of entering the work force and becoming a responsible, contributing adult. Each show begins with a dilemma, and then flashes back to how he and his associates got themselves into said dilemma. One episode had the main characters attempting a "start-up" company for a "hangover cure". My favorite involved the theft of the TV, and attempt to get back. LOL
