I love this show and I hope that it keeps going. Seriously one of the best shows in awhile and I hate when they have a really good show going and they just suddenly cut it off. I hope to see some good seasons to come. Its such a great show and a lot funny moments. It just one of those shows that keeps you smiling afterwards. I think that this is one of the best shows out there and there is a lot going for it too. The characters are very dynamic and i think that is what makes this show so good. Even though it has it funny moments it has it serious ones too.The interactions with the characters is a romp and such fun to watch. I say bring on more!

I have seen most of the shows on NICK and Disney channels...and all are geared toward kids...mostly of the pre teen and teen age groups. No problem there. In years past, there was Kenan & Kel and All That for kids and their families to enjoy. Those kids grew up..and have been replaced by Hannna Montana, Raven and now Sonny With A Chance. I get that Sonny is out of her element and learning to deal with new people in a new place, etc...but must all the episodes be SO STUPID? The acting is mediocre at best..the laughs seem forces and predictable as well. It is a clash of personalities between Sonny and Tawny...and then there is the addition of Sterling Knight...as the ego-filled actor who seems too shallow minded for words. As usual, the adults..who are rarely shown for long, are outrageous and fairly useless when they are on camera. This is suppose to be about a show within a show..yet even THAT pretend show seems lame. If anyone out there remembers All That when it was THE SHOW for kids...they will quickly know this is a badly made copy of that. Where is original stuff? Stop using old ideas.

Let me say out of everything I watched on Disney Channel, this was the most disappointing thing ever. If Disney Channel already has bad shows like Hannah Montana and Wizards of Waverly Place, why would they put ANOTHER bad show in the mix? Just what we need, another show about a girl who becomes some big thing with its stale jokes. I thought Disney Channel learned their lesson about lame shows like Hannah Montana and Phil of the Future. Apparently not, because Disney Channel has a lot to learn. The show is about a girl named Sonny, who is played by Demi Levato. SWAC was only an excuse to make Demi her own show. Anyway, Sonny gets picked for a new role in a lame show called So Random, which is So Boring and So Repetitive. Sonny meets the stereotypical cast members there: A preppy female, two idiotic males, and an evil little girl. Reused ideas at its worst. The shorts IN the show are more terrible than the show itself. Not only do the shorts have stale comedy and plot, but the themes of those shorts are just the most repetitive things I have ever heard of. Every theme song follows this pattern: A short description of the character, the name of the character, and the dumbest catch phrase Disney Channel can come up with.In conclusion, SWAC is a gigantic bomb. Not only is it bad, but it's the most disappointing and unoriginal thing on the face of the Earth. Disney fan-girls, OPEN YOUR EYES! You think Disney Channel is making all these great shows. Sadly, you're not even watching them. You're just eating a slice of pizza instead.

I'm not going to deny that I REALLY underestimated this show. When I first saw the previews for it in January/February, I figured "alright, since Demi's in it, i'll give it a shot." (I'm a HUGE Demi fan(= ) But after giving the show a chance, I have become ridiculously obsessed with it! Even excluding my bias opinions about Demi and Sterling, I honestly think it's the best and funniest show on Disney channel. It has both funny and cute moments (cute moments between Sterling's character, Chad, and Demi's character, Sonny.) And any show with those two things in them is usually good for me. But what really got me interested in the show was the show - within- the - show thing. It seemed to catch my attention the most. And as season one has progressed, the episodes, in my opinion, have gotten much better. You can see a better bond between the cast, and it's really helped the episodes! To be honest, i'm wayyy to obsessed with this and I know a lot of stuff about the show that people don't find out until a while later. So, if you want to know anything, I can probably help you out:) If you don't really watch this show, and stopped watching it after the first few episodes, I'd start watching it again. The first episodes are no where near as good as the newer ones: Sonny in the Kitchen With Dinner, Sonny In the Middle, etc.SONNY WITH A CHANCE ROCKS!
