terabithiasn Hello, This is the best movie ever "Halloweentown" and its sequels. I love to watch it and so much fun sitting and watch Kim and the magic. TOO BAD that the "Return to Halloweentown" didn't performed by Kim. She's so much fun to watch and I hope Disney's going to make Halloweentown 5 in later years. This is the movie that I feel funny and relaxed. It gives me fun time that I want. I wish that this movie is going forever along its sequels. The magic, people, acting, scripts are excellent beyond the performance. I give this movie A+++++. One of best movies I've watched and yet, I'm looking forward for the 5th, 6th, 7th, and so on..Sam
Tara Chevarie This was a kids movie, You have to know that before watching it. If you're not into the whole Disney Channel movie thing, Step away. I however loved this movie. I'll be 20 in a couple months, and still watch this movie whenever I see it on TV. Halloweentown, and it's sequels are overacted, and can be predictable, but the imagination, and the work put into them are great. What's more, when watched by the intended audience, they're flawless. Kids won't know that the people are overacting, all they'll see is the ghosts, Frankenstein monsters, some Witches, Goblins, and the Bad Thing. It sparks imagination, stories, and great conversation for kids. And if you're a kid at heart, check it out. I know I still love it.
im_an_orb But the flaw in this film ruined it. The a is just awful, overacted in some parts, but just not enough in some parts. The storyline is just so typical teenage film and the film is just terribly predictable. The blossoming romance between Luke an lead girl ruined it terribly. But i guess for kids its an OK film, I just found it just so corny and cheesy. I know it is just a TV movie i'm not really surprised by this because i really could not imagine something so awful in the cinemas especially amidst films that include the likes of Anthony Hopkins, Julianne moore, and George Clooney. If you're under 10, it'll make a great viewing for you, but if you're over 11, i wouldn't bother.
xXtOdDXx This was a pretty good movie, even though some of the plot holes made no sense. If you're really bored and this is showing on Disney, I would suggest you watch it. Marnie (Kimberly J. Brown) was pretty good in this, but if you want better acting from her, watch Quints. The real acting in this was Debbie Reynolds. You gotta love Debbie. Overall, this is a pretty good movie. ** 1/2 / ****
