Synopsis

Rock superstar Slade Craven has decided to hang up his rock & roll shoes and has planned something very special for his final show -- instead of a typical concert in some sports arena, he'll play a set aboard a 747 jumbo jet, flying from Los Angeles to Toronto, with the gig broadcast live to millions of fans over the Internet. But what Craven didn't count on is the presence of a deranged fan with a gun who attempts to hijack the plane, throwing the show into chaos and putting the lives of everyone aboard the jet at risk.

michael-826 The people that made this movie must have forgotten what point they were trying to make. We see a FBI agent that starts out arresting a hacker as he is breaking into some sort of video network. The FBI agent played by Gabrielle Anwar who has the looks of Bambi meets secretary from anonymous fashion show (may her acting career rest in peace after this) arrives at the scene completely alone and doesn't report anything to her HQ when she has done the arrest. Oh gee. Thats just how they do in real life?? NOT.Not much later they cooperate trying to solve an unraveling murder case. Still in the hackers flat and still without informing anyone - until she talks to her superior by accident. And guess what - he has also started working on the same case. What a coincidence! The movie goes on and on with the same completely unbelievable and inconsistent plot. Everything is out of place and phony down to every little detail. The executive producer should have paid more attention from the very start and terminated the production, since this is one of the movies that should never have been made.
sexylips69 this film was utterly diabolical i enjoyed the first one and the second one because there was suspense this one was a sorry excuse to try and line another directors pocket with millions.come on who can actually hold a rock concert in a 747-400 and then to have it hijacked and the plot of having a hacker trying to sort the mess out was even worse i think it should have never even been released like i say i enjoy the first one and second but this one should have stayed in someones rubbish imagination.and never even been discussed.and to have total unknowns was even nastier.please think twice before releasing a fourth please
poisoncruegal85 I liked the movie personally, but what i really wanna know is who sang the songs for the movie? I loved the song "just shoot me baby!" and I've been trying to find the artist. I searched on LimeWire, and I looked at John Mann....and I got nothing. If anyone can let me know who sings the song so i can find it, please notify my a.s.a.p. thank you very much. I mean I know the songs sounds like Marilyn Manson, mixed with orgy and Korn. The song that was in the movie was so cool. I was so determined to have a copy that I ended up taking a microphone and my boom box, placing it to the speaker of the TV and recording it. I just cant believe that i can't find the artists on here.
Big I keep seeing bits and pieces of this embarrassing film on Cinemax as I check to see what other, BETTER, fare will be on later. So I haven't seen the whole thing, and never will either. I first saw the opening ten minutes where it appears a 747-full of ridiculous punk-goth stereotypes are boarding to go to some concert. There's the slutty groupies, the mohawks, the chains, the leather, the whole deal. The dialogue -- along the lines of "We're gonna ROOOCCCK!" -- made my skin crawl and so I switched the channel, assuming this was just another made-for-cable space-filler.Tonight, I catch the last 20 minutes, and was amazed to find the likes of Rutger Hauer (Blade Runner), Gabrielle Anwar (Scent of a Woman), Craig Sheffer (Cecil B. Demented) and Joe Mantegna(!) in the cast. Things must be getting very very competitive in the film industry for so many notable names to slum in this dreck. I was astonished to watch the climax consisting of the old "the pilot's dead and an amateur has to land this 747", but with a twist -- the plane is being brought down by the lead singer of the rock band! Imagine Marilyn Manson on cocaine behind the stick of an airliner, that's what happened. Craig Sheffer as some sort of hoodlum with a flight simulator at home talks him down, and when he succeeds, Gabrielle (a law enforcement officer there to arrest this guy) decides to let him boff her instead. Mantegna looks despondent and disgusted as the plane lands and wanders offscreen, and I felt the same way. I'm sure all involved are embarrassed by this.
